Once when I was on myspace they had a question that you could answer about "Who's your Hero"
and I answered......... Cash for singing Kris's song the way it was written

You may know the story already... but I believe it was the Ed Sullivan show ( and I could be wrong about the show).. where Cash was gonna go on and sing this song that Kris Kristopherson had written.. and the producers of the show didn't want him to use the lyrics regarding being Stoned... I believe he told them... nah.. we'll change it up and then when the show went live... and he went on.. he did it the way Kris wrote the lyrics. Born Free : )
