Damn, very unfortunate. People can be so nasty to each other at shows. I'd like to say I don't understand it, but in looking at common human behavior patterns, I think I do for the most part. I used to fly off the wall for someone cutting in front at a GA show, or jabbing or pushing me from the back. A common human behavior is an invasion of space or boundary which you don't really have at a GA show. It's why I hate GA shows, but anyway.. I've gotten older and more patient with people... if I find myself starting to feel edgy or angry.. I remove myself from the situation. Better yet, I find if you are nice to those around you.. and do something extraordinary for people around you... generally, all those folks are nice right back to you.. which in the end makes a perfect setting for a beautiful concert experience. That slap hands, high fiver, buy a beer, or pass something around to share goes a long way :)
