Let me start by saying I'm a nonsmoker and anyone that goes to a concert should expect the unexpected! With that being said, KR you should have said, FU and the horse you rode in on! Or you could have put the cigar out on his forehead! LOL Can you tell I'm having a bad day? ;) Rock On...I still luv ya!

Kid Rock speaks his TRUTH and in this world, that alone deserves "Special Treatment"! Kenneth, don't mean to be in your face and since today is my 63rd birthday, I'm giving myself 'special treatment' to say this! I left an Amish/Mennonite religious family and farm, east of Fort Wayne, IN, @ 19. Never heard of Kid Rock 'til his performance on Johnny Cash Memorial Tribute. Something about him intrigued me. Asked my 16 yr old daughter about him and she said, "he's a critter from Detroit":) After seeing him again hosting CMT Music Awards 2010, 2011 and attending four of his Born Free concerts, I now know (I was Born Free) different than 'being Saved'. My dad smoked 3 packs of unfiltered Phillip Morris a day, had my share of second hand smoke and so did my 6 siblings! Remember, we all Addicted to something! This might sound "Cocky" and it's not, 'cause I can 'back it up'. One last thing- "they're sayin` my days are numbered" (and they are)--" who wants to live long anyway". By the way, the daughter who thought he was a critter, she's now one of his fans and she was born Jan. 17, 1982:) For tomorrow: Happy Birthday to Amelia and to Kid Rock! Thanks to Kid Rock, I will share MY TRUTH, too.

Bobby, Bobby, Bobby - Can't defend you on this one. I love the smell of good cigar, but I get ill from cigarette smoke, so I can relate. You might be able to break all the rules as the hottest badass out there, but that doesn't make it right - the apology was sweet.

Wow -I can't believe this is really making the news now and I have to be honest, this is stupid, I mean really stupid!!! It was a concert, drinks and cigar! Oh My God-let's throw the book at Kid Rock-really-I mean Really? If everyone was to sue over what happens at or to them at concerts soon there will be no more concerts-people this is just so stupid! What a way for Kid Rock to start off his birthday-I say get Kid Rock another cigar and let him smoke it where ever he wants for his birthday since-OMG giving out a cigar when a baby is born was a tradition and it's Kid Rocks Birthday and he likes his cigars!!! The man was drunk and lit a cigar, OMG, he apologized and I doubt he intentionally meant to "harm" anyone, YES, there is a ban BUT there are still 1000's of smoker's who still go outside only because WE HAVE TO, not because we think it's fair, can;t we all just get along??
