    Sheryl Crow & Kid Rock Record With Bob Seger

    Sheryl Crow and Kid Rock are quickly becoming country-rock's answer to the legendary Dolly Parton and Porter Wagoner partnership. Not only have they collaborated musically and will be embarking on a joint summer tour, they're also working together on a song with Bob Seger for his upcoming album.

    "I recorded a new song with Kid Rock and Sheryl Crow just a month ago," Bob tells Rolling Stone. "I was recording in Nashville and it happened to be the night that Rock was playing in town. I texted him and said, 'After the show, if you and Sheryl want to come out and sing, come over.' Sheryl lives in Nashville. They came by and did a beautiful job on a song called 'Hannah.'"

    The tune is a far cry from Kid Rock and Sheryl's tormented lovers duet, 'Picture.' "It's a pretty little song," he continues. "It's not a hit or anything, but it's a pretty song with a nice melody. It's a father to a daughter song."

    This isn't the first time the trio have recorded together. Kid Rock and Sheryl's duet 'Collide,' from Kid Rock's 'Born Free' album, features Bob on piano. If the collaborations between Kid Rock and Sheryl seem like a piece of cake, well, they are.

    "Any day, any hour of the day or night, if [Rock] calls me I'm totally there," Sheryl tells Billboard. "I'm such a huge fan of his, and I love the guy. He's a great songwriter, and I feel like our collaboration together is always easy and it just ... works."

hope to get to hear the song Hannah some day.... especially without saying, that this tune cant be played in the country I live in.... and if you and Sheryl and of course Bob Seger finally decide to record a whole album together, I ll be the first one in line to buy it!

Lookin forward to the release of the "pretty little song". I have enjoyed Crow/Rock duets. There great! I agree with Sheryl I am a huge fan of the KID and I like his songwriting. Keep those collaborations going... Bob Seger's music is a long time favorite forever! Thanks BOB SEGER for all the greatest music through the years. "LIVE BULLET" best recorded CLASSICK ROCK LIVE album in my opinion. Totally Unforgettable!

I ended up lucky enough to get tickets to Holmedel,NJ!!!!Excited as hell.But,decided NOT to get tickets for AC,NJ,no seats,standing room only for everyone.So,I wont be greedy,but ,will probably be sorry,that I didnt go.. But,kidrock is the only CD 's that I listen to!!Hes HOT!!!!!

You send an email that clearly states:8/5/11 Phoenix AZ Ashley Furniture HomeStore Pavilion W/ Sheryl Crow 4/15 at 10am for the presale to start. 4/15 at 10am. Then late last night you send another email showing that the presale is going to start 4/12 at 12:15pm? Lucky for me I signed on to my email to take care of business and saw the presale had all ready started. I was able to get 4 tix to the Phx Show with the BBQ and all. Very nice can't friggin wait. I would love to throw a welcome party for you and your crew. Rent a mansion and cater a huge blowout party. My treat.

Excellent. Makes it easier to know there is a strong working relationship as i suspected there was. Ballads usually can make a record go over the top. I may be seeing Seger on an upcoming tour date...I keep watching tickets and i have to wait for my new work schedule to come out too. We have someone going on maternity leave and i asked to pick up some of her hours. One of those days falls on the day of the show. Just hope my boss don't schedule me that day. Be nice to scrape up a few extra shifts being i have spent most of my income tax on a new scooter/moped i should get by the end of this week....Only a few free dollars to go towards concert tickets @ this point. Getting ready to start to try to quit smoking again too. Hope i quit for good. Cigs are getting ready to go up in price again in Illinois...Some say they will be $7.50 a pack. Save myself a lot of money if i can quit..More concerts and more things i like and want!!!

Must agree...Sheryl and Kid sound beautiful together and with Seger in on the collaboration is awesome...my 3 favorites.....My mom swore up and down that my oldest son was gonna pop out singing "Turn the Page"!! Actually my oldest son mainly listens to rap but he will always have a few Seger songs on his CD"s......something odd happened there!!!

They make a Great trio! Would love to see Kid and Sheryl in Cleveland with Bob on May 26th. That would make up for Bob's April 7th concert being postponed. Kid, please consider stopping by during Bob's concert. Would LOVE to see ya!
