    Kid Rock’s turning 40 and he’s throwing the biggest birthday party ever at Detroit’s Ford (40) Field on January 15th, and tickets go on sale next week! Members of 'The Kid Rock Congregation' (official fan club) will have access to presale and VIP tickets before the general public, starting Monday, November 22! I grew up in Detroit but live but in Oregon now...same issue out here trying to get tickets. I found a site called www.LetsPlayBallTickets.com that has tickets to the January 15 show. I have never used this site, not sure how legitimate it is and wouldn't know how to make sure it's a good site. It does have a seating chart and shows were the stage is, also can plug in how many seats your looking for and it will come up whats available.Has anyone ever heard of this site or purchased tickets through them? I would like to know...hope to see all you KR Fans in Detroit January 15!!!

This site really stinks. Joined the club to get presale tickets and after they got my money....said tickets were sold out!!! Same thing.....went to tickemaster today and got great tickets!!!

I had the same experience like all of you yesterday. You have to check back into the site. I could get the Tickets I wanted finally today. Just sign back in through the KRC Site, and try again. Half an hour ago, they had general admission Tix still available and the VIP $300. I believe yesterday, the Site was just completely overloaded. Good luck to you peeps. Cheers Nixx

This website is horseshit!!! I don't understand why we pay money to get first dibs and the tickets are gone by 3:01 yesterday. I've been trying for two days. I finally got through for 3 tickets front row over $900 and the site timed-out just as I was entering my checking account info. I think I like the good ole' days of standing line at ticketmaster. At least it's fair. Especially since scalpers already bought most these tickets and have them posted all over the web and jacked up the prices. I'm sorry Kid. I love your music and have been a fan since polyfuze but this just pisses me off. Looks like this will be the first concert I've missed.

This is the second time this has happened to me, same as last summer. I was on at 3 as instructed, first try and says sold out. There should always be enough tickets for the so called pre-sale. To get you to join, the site says priority access to pre sale tickets, not you have a 1% chance of getting any tickets. I don't think Mr.Ritchie knows the way this is being handled, or i sure hope he does not.

The tickets site does keep posting Buy tickets but evidently there are just single seats left available. So if you want to go alone keep trying you may get them however I'm needing at least 3.

Same thing happened to me. I had two $800 VIPs and the Ford diagram popped up, froze the computer and I lost the tickets. I am so bummed right now. I would have loved to have met you Kid.

well how the hell are we to purchase tickets when the ticket selling sites have them all...I thought we the fans were to be the ones to purchase presale tixs...I tried for the 300.00 VIP and the screen pops up we're sorry the tickets you want to purchase are no longer available...so I get to the next VIP and the same thing so then I got o the regular tickets and thanks for the slow long delay in venue map download I lost out again!!!!! How fair is that we the fans who pay for our memberships get ripped on a deal of a life time...thanks to the money hungry ticket selling sites this fan don't get to buy a ticket cause htey are charging 2 to 5 times the money than the selling price on the site....you guys are jerks and have totally crushed me!!!!! Kid Rock will not be impressed with you when he finds out what you have done...karma right back at you!!!!!

I was all set to get the 6 pack special, and that stupid diagram of Ford Field slowed EVERYTHING down! Wound up getting 4 individual tickets, but really wanted (and needed) the 6 pack tickets.

Ok KR I'm a little upset that I paid for a KRC fan club membership to be able to get presale tickets only to find out there was a presale limit. You should allocate at least 4 tickets to all KRC members and if they don't sell then they go to the general public. This was not set up very well if you ask me. :(

I will be turning 40 on Jan 17 as well! Unfortunately, I am in the other Big D (Dallas), so I will just have to celebrate with Kid in spirit only. I'll be sure to have the tunes cranked!!
