Thank God (and your words) Friday is getting hotter (even though it is cold and blustery here). Didn't walk in to drama last night - I chose to not enter into it, but it woke up with a vengence today so off he went with our only car to his girlfriend's at least for the night but hopefully for the full weekend. Me, I'm packing and organizing because I've had enough of my kindnesses and support twisted around and shoved back in my face and sinking me further into debt for his issues. He can't have his cake and eat it, too. Plus, his viscious words tell me I'm crazy and living in a fantasy. Sometimes it feels like it, so I have to focus on me and ROCK ON. I don't know where I'll land but it's better than where I'm at now. I'm off to walk the mile out to the grocery store and then back. The weather cools me down and gets me in the moment. No drama, just done. Didn't you say something like the addict's last mile...I'm beginning to understand a bit. No regrets of the 7 years, just a light bulb and determination. I hope you are having a great day and taking good care of yourself, my friend. I'll do my best to continue to encourage your beautiful journey. Please forgive me if it's not daily because I have a lot to do and I need my energy to heal. My best to you and yours. Smiles:)

Thanks for reminding everyone to drink smart. Let's not forget it's Memorial Day week-end. Remember our troops overseas and our fallen hero's. I have family members overseas. I am particularly proud of a cousin who served In IRAQ and is also a survivor of the Vietnam war. I have had several family members fighting for our freedoms. This goes back to the Korean War and World War II. Some army and some Airforce. Thanks again for supporting our troops!

On my walking way home...even though I intend more, I'm a light weight. Guess I'll go see what drama I walk into (again). Wrote a few notes, spoke with a nice woman, and drank less than my mind intended. I guess that's good. Here comes Friday! Yea! I hope your Thursday night is good and any other awesome adjectives you'd like to add in. I've got some packing to do tomorrow. Maybe that's what the Big Guy is waiting for me on, even though I already started. But, one day at a time so I hope you have a beautiful Friday, Mr. Ritchie. You are deserving of so much for, again, you are a good man through and through (no pedestal, just reality of imperfect beings being really awesome). Smiles :)

Ok, doing my best to drink responsibly and smart...so since I have been the responsible one in our household and I'm smart enough to know when to say enough is enough, I'm heading to the Brewery to get the strongest % beer they have so I can get over being hurt and pissed at my roommate's immature dramatic behavior and grab what little piece of sanity I can muster. i don't want no drama. Makes my moving just one huge bit easier. I guess Thursday is a bitch but I'm pretty easy to live with (my roommate has said in rare non-self-absorbed, kind moments) so I refuse to make him make me into one. Close call, but I'm off by myself to feel a little joy. Luckily, the Brewery is 1/2 block a way so I'll get three good hours of drinking in. Yippee! That'll help me get to Friday which I hope to be hotter. I hope you, Mr. Ritchie, are not having a bitch of a day. I'm going to use one of my rare occasions and drink for me, but, as always, smile for you.

Thank you, Mr. Ritchie, for good advice to all. After such a long hiatus from drinking I was happy my various states of inebriation were me often with walking home (as a single gal, of course, altering my routes) and a couple rides home from kind not drunk people I trusted who were looking out for me. I enjoyed, also, watching a few other YouTube vides that pop up afterward so I gazed at a few of them and enjoyed myself immensely. Often times in your interviews it sounds like my soul thoughts are speaking but I am grateful it is you in front of the cameras and articulating soul important things to us (AMEN and Jim Beam Interview Series). I also saw the Q&A from last year's cruise and loved it, too :) Based on my limited experience, I am not familiar with 'the position' you demonstrated in answer to a question, but you definitely peaked my interest. I'm open and adventurous. :) While you are busy with things going on and your prep for you show, I do hope you are enjoying your Yeehaw summer. I'm slowly coming out of the crushing poverty of the last God only knows how long, so slow but sure I am now feeling the glorious momentum shift. Thursday morning started out a bit of a bitch (or maybe that was just me - I have a few, brief, and not severe moments), but decompressing from the last few hectic days and looking forward to coming to the library to 'talk' to you for a bit has brightened my day...so to me Thursday was only a partial bitch. Trying to be patient in the face of God's timing...again and again and again. You are a good man, Mr. Ritchie, and thank you, for you bring a smile to my face and a lift to my spirit at the merest thought of you. Smiles :) Plus, you were happy and smiling which always makes my days better.

Yes, very important message! Not just for drunken driving, but for personal safety too. It' s hard to defend yourself, if God forbid, you end up in a compromising situation and you're too messed up to make good choices and decissions. As I stated relative to a guy who used his drunken state as an excuse to try something shady with me, "DRUNKENESS IS NO DEFENSE" period. kc, Jupiter

Thank you for posting this!! It is a very important message. It's simple, make sure someone drives you home so you do not kill yourself or anyone else!!! I learned this lesson at a young age when one of my friends was killed because he was driving drunk and his friend in the car was also killed. I will never forget that day because the day before I was in the car with him and we were both drunk!!! So many people ask me why I love you so much, well this is one of those reasons along with so many other reasons!! I hope to meet you one day!!!

~Tee-hee :-) Yup!! ~Unless you're on the ship and can just stagger back to your cabin at 6am---without a care in the world :-) Other then that---I agree--get someone sober to drive :-)
