This CD's was so moving! A friend bought it for me tonight, I drove for 2 hours just listening and crying! What a fr***in' cry baby right? As age catches up with us we realize how crazy we were and need to slow our ass down and change a few things. Kid Rock, I have 2 boys (26,29). They have struggled with drugs. My 29 yo was kidnapped and brutally raped with his best friend & left for dead at 11 yo. It's been one screwed up journey, but no matter what I have stood strong for my boys. The system failed the boys (Jason & friend) and both are now in prison due to their drug abuse. My 26 yo has been traumatized from it, me as a mom has started a nonprofit to help kids who were sexually abused, no kid should live with this undescribable pain and suffering! I just want to thank you for this awesome CD! I just bought Justin (26) a CD. I wish I could get Jason one! I will send him the lyrics! Love ya! Hope one day to see you in concert!!

It should...I bought it for just about everyone I know as an early Christmas present...ha ha. Every store I go into I check to see the status and they are always sold out (great sign). Even my conservative engineer brother gave it a thumbs up. I'm spreading the love and gaining more fans for you...

I am constantly playing the album at work from my phone! I was told I was "using" my phone on company time, My reply, " I ain't using it, I'm listening to it! It ain't in my hands and I ain't touching it! I had everyone ask me who was singing and I told Them Kid Rock! I think I'm on like 250 times hearing it and still Flying High!

Never doubted that it debut that high. I knew BORN FREE was gonna be a hit especially when I played "Born Free" an "God bless Saturday" for my 72yr old daddy and his exact words were "WHO IS THAT? WHERE CAN I GET ME ONE OF THEM DISK'S (he meant Cd's bless his heart)? THEM SONG'S ARE DAMN GOOD I NEEDED THAT TO LISTEN TO WHEN I WAS RUNNING MOONSHINE"! Hey at least my dad is honest LOL. I showed him the cover of the CD an daddy said "DAMN I NEED THAT CAR THEY WONT LET ME OWN A GUN BUT BY GOSH I WOULD SURE DRIVE THE HELL OUT OF THAT CAR"!! We are from the South born an raised North Carolina to be exact. Dad is still in his right frame of mind an still raises to much hell for his age but hey who am I to stop him. I told my dad I was gonna be Kid Rock's next ONE NIGHT STAND an he said "as long as I can drive or just sit in his car I will keep my mouth shut to your husband go for it girl". LOL..I couldn't help but laugh thinking to my self yeah like I stand a snowball's chance in H*LL of that ever happening. Now my dad a 72yr old retired mechanic an body shop owner an former prison inmate is a FAN of KID ROCK. LOL..ROCK ON CANT WAIT TO BUY MY TICKETS TO MY FIRST CONCERT EVER!
