Lean On Me has always been a great song. Kid’s voice along with Cheryl Crow & Keith Urban’s voices was a neat twist to the song. I liked Wild Horses because it amazes me the talent Kid shows with his voice with the variety of songs he plays around with. I love all kinds of music so it is fun to hear Kid sing such different diversities. I always love to hear who Kid is listening to because it usually turns me on to another type of music or artist that I may not normally find myself listening to otherwise. I just love Reverend Charlie Jackson’s music now and I know I would have never branched out to discover his music w/o hearing how Kid liked Wrapped Up and Tangled Up in Jesus. I just listened to it out of curiosity & ended up really liking it. Zac Brown is another one that we started listening to because of Kid’s liking although I think we would have ended up listening to them eventually anyway when they became better known. My household is never hurting for the lack of music so it’s fun to teach my young pre-teen music lovers that you can love all types of music from all ages, stages, and styles. Kid has been a great role model for them with this. We all love him & his talent and can’t wait to see what his new album holds!
