I'm so sorry to hear you're are having such a hard time. I have found many services in my long two year journey without a job. My first suggestion is to contact these people:

Weather you are employed or not, they grant money for training to get a better paying job through schooling or training; or, improve on the skills you do have in your current job position.
Next is Catholic Charities that serves eight counties in Western New York, no matter your faith. Any church that wouldn't help you because you're not a member is certainly a bogus so-called "church"!!
