I'm currently recovering from a near fatal motorcycle accident. It happened July 26, 2010. lost half my blood volume in less than 10 min, almost lost my left leg, but modern medicine allowed me to keep it.
I'm in the 10th month of recovering from an open compound fracture of lower left leg. it is a 12-18 month recovery, but Doc says I'm ahead of schedule :).
This last album, "Born Free" impressed me....for it's "style", and "heart". it's like you've done a lot of self-interspection, and come out of the end of the tunnel with some new, fresh outlooks on different aspects in your life.
I too have been thru too much to even say, but I am a SURVIVOR, of: adversity, and the trauma that follows...2010 was a pivotal chapter in both our lives, it would seem.
Thanks for the fantastic new album, Kid. Kudos to the obvious new perspective without losing any "panache"!!
