Hey there, I'm not sure how much help I can be with questions because I do not know the answers!
Regarding live DVD - If there is a preorder opportunity it will definitely be posted on KidRock.com! There is not a preorder at this time but these things usually start closer to the release of the album or DVD.
Regarding eBay - Honestly not sure of the answer to this question, sorry!
Was it on the ticketing site that you were having trouble?
If so, you need to have a separate account on the Artist Arena ticketing system (think of it like Ticketmaster or any other ticketing system).
You can set one up by visiting the ticketing link located in the fan club post, then clicking "Your Account" at the top of the page and either registering a new account or making sure you still remember your username and password if you already had an account with us.

Since the US border did not let me in for the Aug 11th show (VIP tickets and all), is there any way that I am able to still get my two shirts that was part of the VIP package? I have been so upset since not being able to attend!
