we have a nice bar here that plays a good mix of music, not many people though, kinda quiet. my favorite, it's the park bar by the play equipment and the grills. we pay a ten buck cover and park the twentys and fourtys at home. hahaha The locals like it alot, harder for the visitors to stumble across. Hi there, just a bit busy last weekend with work and all so I did not reply to your messages. Glad to see the basement situation worked out better than you thought.

Hey RSMS, I'm doing better still cant walk without my crutches or a walker but I'm getting there. So far I've been able to walk at physical therapy unassisted about 15 steps, but it hurts like HE**. I've not been able to be on here much because of all my therapy appointments and having to be in court for the ASS HOLE DRUNK that nearly killed me. The court part is over now but still going through some REALLY ROUGH THERPY right now, because I am determined an praying to GOD that I can be walking without assistance by Christmas. I've got to admit, Literature isn't my strongest subject -- I can't let on when playing trivia pursuit; it's my Achilles heel!! I, regrettably, took English Literature 1800 - Present my sophomore year in college. I must have told the professor, "I've got to drop this class, it's killing my GPA!!" Somehow she convinced me to stick it through. I got a C, but truly thought I'd get a D (like the only other time I EVER did get a D in my life, Freshmen year my Intro to Theater -- WTH?!! My sister got a full ride scholarship with Theater). Truly, tho, that Lit class was one of the hardest in all my years at school (probably beats out the four torment year of French; and, how I ever got an A in Chemistry is way beyond me -- couldn't tell you one thing about that subject today!! Ah, fun college memories!!

Hi RSMS...Seger was great!! Such a good time! About 35 Seger FC members met from all across the nation for the show..we have been pretty tight this whole tour, talking, blogging, doing live blogs of the shows..Hope KR website can get to this point too..I think our Woodshop crew is a good start! :) Hope we can organize something for Nov...I'm game :)

The kids have Fri. and Mon. off for inservice days, so I snuck up north this weekend-drove up last night. Sure is nice up here..beautiful every changing season. Back Mon. for trick or treating (my daughter and I, son 'too big' now).
Hoping Kid makes an appearance at Seger's show on Wed!!

I agree with you, we don't have to all get along... and, in fact, I think thats what makes things interesting if we are all different! I just get tired of being one of the only liberal voices and also that people equate a different opinion with being ignorant. *sigh*

You can take in sandwiches also. We usually get Subway for the kids. The chicken strips and french fries are awesome at the park. That's what I had for dinner at the park last Monday. Yes I'm cheap too but love being there. We were in the mezz last week and had a great time. They beat Cleveland 14 zip. It was great.

Wine or beer will be fine. Seeing that I don't drink those much either it will be a change of pace. Just got the ok from the doctor to stay off work. Friday I worked nine hours with no break or lunch. On my feet the whole time. Hell with that. I drove 2 hours to get there and back and it kicked me on my butt for 3 days. It was just too much too soon 2nd day back. I need to follow the special diet and get rest in order for the next procedures to work. Sorry just a disappointed with work right now. Enough said you don't need to hear this. I am strong willed and will be great in the next couple of weeks. No more negative out of me. It's not good for our souls. Thanks for caring and have fun. .

Hey Girl! I just booked a room at the Old Mill Pond B and B in Clarkston for the 23rd! I have never really stayed at a Bed and Breakfast before...so this should be fun!
