Nothing too exciting...work all the time. I am the Director of Instruction at a local college. My faculty keep me busy at work, at home...all the time. But, they are great people, so it is worth it. Listening to Kid Rock and exercise helps to keep stress levels in check.

Running, any aerobic exercise, anything outside when it is sunny and over 60 degrees. As a cancer...I love the sun and water. I love being out by my pool as soon as the weather warms up:-) It is warm now in Georgia 100+ degrees! My friend and I with drinks by the pool listening to Kid Rock made this 4th of July a great one!

Kid Rock, Kizz, AC/DC, any classic rock, R & B, Hip Hop....No country..unless it is Kid Rock!
