Brenda no I had no luck getting them through Ticketmaster either. the tickets were in my cart and when i clicked on
'GET TICKETS' that same message would pop-up. I had to call and the person from Ticketmaster had not a clue of what was going in, I spoke with 4 different people, I was & still am mad as hell ..they told me to click on something on the page and I lost the tickets in my cart, then they are telling me that they are SOLD OUT........this is like 11:02am tickets just went on-sale to the public....no more tickets available for this venue (Beacon Theater NY) I was nutzzz this point, I had orchestra right center maybe 12 rows from stage.............they said that my
pre-sale password was invalid and that's what cause the problem.......I'm not believing that.. but I will contact KRC about it...I did end up getting tickets I made them stay on the phone for over
1 1/2 hrs with me until they found me tickets...no way as good as the ones I had ....I requested that a supervisor call me about this issue I had ...its an f'n mess...
I was just wondering if you got your tickets thru Ticketmaster... ???? I went online Wed for pre sale, we had 2 pc's going , 2 members trying to get our tickets.. THAT SITE is soooooo messed up.. took over 2 hrs..with so much grief..Finally got our tickets.. I have never seen getting tickets to an event SO HARD... I wish you luck with Ticketmaster..... Lot of ppl having trouble..
