Hi Lori,
This is JJ Lane, also going to the St. Louis concert on Saturday. Finally got a call back from the amphitheater...The VIP tickets are to be picked up at the Will Call box window. The box office is open M-F 11-6p and on Sat 10-2p.
They told me that the parking lot opens at 4:30p and gates at 5:30p, which is the same info I found on the website... I was under the impression that VIP pkg tickets were allowed in the gates/venue earlier than regular ticket holders. Angie from the amphitheater said NO...the party starts at 5:30 and that's when the gates open. Which, if EVERYONE can get in, what is the point of having VIP tickets...I hope she is wrong, we will be there early, just in case! Have a great time at the concert!

Thanks JJ. Are those the only times we can get our tickets? I was just going to pick them up that afternoon, but that may not be the case. I am so excited. Have fun!
