IF YOU ARE HAVING PROBLEMS LOGGING IN TO THE FAN CLUB:
Please, before you post do two things!
1. Make sure your email address and password are EXACTLY THE SAME on The KRC and KidRock.com! You can do this by visiting http://www.kidrock.com/edit-account/. Remember, you have two sets of logins, and they have to match in order to work... So check BOTH of them!
2. Make sure your account is not expired! Most of the questions people post here are from members with expired accounts. Visit http://fanclubs.artistarena.com/kidrock/members/member.php? to check and renew.

Same problem that others have been having... can't log in to The KRC, after entering my log in it goes back to buy membership page. I have my confirmation for my paid membership. Help! The e-mail address on my account is lolone@umich.edu
Hi KRC Admin, my problem in trying to get the VIP tickets was in logging in to pay as it said my account did not exist - but I saw my Kid Rock here in London. Would you have advice for me or be able to check anything?
My login was also messed up (I left a msg and an email yesterday).. Email address: erik.walter@eds.com I ended up setting up an additional account to an alternate and it worked.. (erik.walter@hp.com) I think the old address is still messed up. Thanks - Erik

I was wondering how to fix my membership. I have been a member for 4 years and yesterday re-newed it, did not realize it was up. anyhow, it does not work when I log in, it wont me in to the krc, only kidrock.com page. please help me fix this. my email is nickikosiba@hotmail.com. please please help and contact me. thank you Nicki

Are all the tickets gone for the Detroit show. Why did the Fan Club members not receive a notice of the presale like for all the other concerts?

I did the same thing as Jason and neglected to read the terms and conditions and bought two sets of 4 tickets for my extended family. My sister in law is a member as well but was unable to order tickets today. Will both of my orders be cancelled? If only one order is cancelled is it possible to have my sister in law order the 4 extra i ordered on her account? Please advise as to whom I need to contact to remedy this if possible. Thanks.

I neglected to read all of terms and conditions as i was in such a hurry to purchase the tickets. I was able to place two seperate orders with a total of 8 tickets. I see after the fact that only 4 can be purchased? How will I know if one of my orders will be cancelled and my account refunded? These tickets were not for resale, I have a large family and was trying to accomodate everyone. I am under the impression that only one of my orders will be cancelled, correct?
I keep getting sent back to the log in page, I could not get my tickets. Please fix so that I can hopefully get some or hope for the sat show.

Why does this thing keep taking me to the log-in??? I can't even FIND where to purchase tickets. If go to www.kidrock.com and click on the KRC, once I log-in nothing happens....
Thank-you for helping me, and helping everybody else....I am so sorry about my verbal frustration....buying tickets for Kid's concerts stresses the shit outta me...because they are so important to me...

I was online @3 and all i could do is log in everytime i clicked anything it kept having me log in over and over. This is BS theses issues should never happen. I always get my tic presale without issue. This needs to be fixed!

I know that I read that tickets have to be under that persons name, well, I couldn't get in and then you fixed me and meanwhile my friend(who is a member) was able to get tix but not enough for me so I continued to try and I did get one VIP ticket, AMAZING, I'm thrilled, okay. In the midst of that I created an account with all my sisters info. So, did that mess me up? She is going too, just with our friend who was able to get tix. Does that mean she has to site in VIP or can I?
won't take my email or password.... I have had tickets in a cart 3 times...without success...

I can't get past the sign in either! I can log in to the page, but I can't get to ANY of the KRC exclusive stuff - including tickets. I am getting very upset!!!
when clicking on the KRC link it takes me to the kidrock.com site. Clicking on anything KRC related takes me to the sign up screen.

It sounds like alot of others were having the same problem as I. I would log in and it would take me to kidrock.com homepage. I emailed to let them know but hadn't heard anything back. I'm going to assume it's not me or my computer and it's on their end. Is there anything I can do so this doesn't happen again?
