IF YOU ARE HAVING PROBLEMS LOGGING IN TO THE FAN CLUB:
Please, before you post do two things!
1. Make sure your email address and password are EXACTLY THE SAME on The KRC and KidRock.com! You can do this by visiting http://www.kidrock.com/edit-account/. Remember, you have two sets of logins, and they have to match in order to work... So check BOTH of them!
2. Make sure your account is not expired! Most of the questions people post here are from members with expired accounts. Visit http://fanclubs.artistarena.com/kidrock/members/member.php? to check and renew.

It did this briefly before Tuesday's presale, but then started working again. Maybe that will be the case today as well.

I actually reupped my membership (which I would have done anyways) thinking that may have been the problem but when I get to the login screen it just wants me to become a member. When I sign in it takes me back to the KRC. I do not want to miss out on getting tickets to the Saturday show. Please.
It appears that I'm logged in but when I click on the presale link I'm taking to the sign-up page for KRC.

I cannot get into the KRC. I have signed in, it shows me as signed in at the top of the screen but whenever I try to click on the message to get the rest of the details to buy the presale tickets it knocks me back to the sign in screen. I did successfully enter the website the other day to buy tickets for Friday's show but can't get in today.

My membership is current & the website won't let me see KRC messages. I try to sign in, it then directs me to kidrock.com & my KRC gold seal is gone from my profile. Could you fix this please-Thanks, Margo

Why can't I get into pre sale today
Hi KRC Admin. I sent an email to tickets@aristarena.com per your request yesterday about the error I made of ordering two sets of 4 tickets (one set for my sister in law). I haven't received anything as of yet. Can you provide and ETA of when I can expect to hear from them if you know? Thanks again for all your help
