ADMIN, Can you please help me? I was able to get 4 VIP tix for Fridays show, But it took me three transactions to do so...It was due to availability and the site not allowing me to complete the transactions. Because of all the excitement and frustration, I did not realize my seats would not be together. My wife and I are bringing our younger son to the show and really need seats together. Can we exchange these tix for four together? We would be happy with either show. Thank you.

Hi. How much longer do you anticipate that I will not be able to get my KRC status? I cannot link to anything right now - on this site and the artist arena link. Even trying to log onto update member status, even though I know I'm current, rejects my password, whereas 2 days ago I was able to purchase pre-sale tickets. Thanks for the help.

KRC ADMIN: The email went out today with only ONE HOUR'S NOTICE for presale. I left work early since I cannot access the site from work due to our firewall. I find out that my KRC access isn't working AND the presale has been moved to tomorrow at 9:30am. I CANNOT GO TO WORK LATE. How are us hardworking people who can afford tickets make this happen without losing their jobs??? Presale should be during non-work hours!!!

im just glad to hear that there is a second show...tickets should be pretty easy to get then. i dont like having the cap of only 4 tickets...should be 8 or 10. i have a big family
