Please, before you post do two things!
1. Make sure your email address and password are EXACTLY THE SAME on The KRC and KidRock.com! You can do this by visiting http://www.kidrock.com/edit-account/. Remember, you have two sets of logins, and they have to match in order to work... So check BOTH of them!
2. Make sure your account is not expired! Most of the questions people post here are from members with expired accounts. Visit http://fanclubs.artistarena.com/kidrock/members/member.php? to check and renew.

ADMIN: I have not received my confirmation email for 4 GA tickets for the 8/13 show. My card was charged the amount and I checked my spam folder for the email also. Can you please resend? My email is jason.nowak@gmail.com. Thank you for the help!

Can anyone help me with a question I asked 6 days ago and still no answer.. I paid good money for VIP, tickets and just need to know when it all starts. I can not belive we do not have better information on this. I am very disapointed in the response to my questionand email.

I have a few questions, I hope this is the correct place to ask, with regards to KR 2012 Cruise, Q#1- Being a paid member here how come there were no e-mailed advance notices for buying tickets for this next cruise 2012?, Q#2, Having signed up for the KR mailing list- last year I was sent an e-mail for buying tickets for his cruise 2011, did not get any e-mails this year , has the system changed, can anyone tell me whats up??? I'm a KRC member and bought tickets through KRC for the Phoenix show and have contacted KRC several times to try and get a problem resolved with the order but nobody ever responds back to me. @KRC Admin - I purchased 4 GA tickets to the August 13th show and have not received an email confirmation, as I think I should have (I've checked my SPAM folder too). I bought the tickets from my phone while I was at work, and did not write down the confirmation number. My VISA was billed the $358 on 6/12...I just want to make sure when I show up to willcall that I'll be able to get on the field at Comerica and have a blast!! Thanks!

Greetings! I'm working late again but thought I would get a nagging question off my brain. I LOVED it when Born Free arrived in my mail the day it was released. Which brings me to this question, I understand that there will be a live DVD coming out? Is there a way that I could sign up for it to also arrive in my mail box (more than willing to pay the cost ...)??? Also, just wanted to say that you are doing one heck of a service!!!! Again, thanks. One last thing, man are there ever real unique items on the overseas Ebay - singles that were released there but unavailable here. Is there any objection from this side of continent for a fan to continually bid? I guess I best get back to work! TTFN!
Hi i seem to be having a problem changing my email address and password for the krc and kidrock.com as you explained below. I have two different emails on these accounts and i would like to have both accounts have the same email addresses and passwords so i dont miss out on things like i have been. everytime i try to change the kidrock.com to the krc email it says this email is already used? so i dont know what to do and i am missing out on updates and other important information! Please help and Thanks alot!
when does atlanta show go on pre sale?
i bought 4 tickets by 2 different transactions, 2 tix each. however, i cant find my confirmation email with the access code! the concert is coming soon (@darien lake performing arts, july 13) and i want to make sure i have what i need. is there anyway you can look up the info and resend it to me???

WHY dont they start presale early in the morning for those of us who are working at 9:30 and onward? I tired to buy tickets from work in between customers from 10:00 am on and off but couldnt since the site was so busy. By the time I could access it again by lunch only VIP was left except for a few scattered seats. I couldnt get a six pack at all and couldnt get any of the 49.00 dollar seats except if the 4 of us wanted to sit apart separated by row and rows. Was trying to buy 4 tickets at first. Then tried to buy two groups of two but that didnt even work. Didnt want to be on the floor because you have to stand and pay more. is there much hope for buying tickets when the general sale starts tomorrow?
Anyway if I don't get tickets tommarrow I will be able to have the oppurtunity to get on the floor somehow?????
Did get the chance at tix because of work and after you had set the time yesturday I took time off work but couldn't today...

I totally screwed up!! I was able to order a 6 pack this morning for the show in Detroit on Aug 13 for myself. I received a confirmation e-mail regarding this. I then was trying to help my friend get tickets under her name (she is also a KRC member) and accidently clicked to purchase 2 individual seats. When she received the confirmation e-mail, my name is on the billing, but it charged her credit card. I see on the website that if anyone tries to order more than the allotted 6 pack or 4 individual seats, the order will be cancelled and refunded. I called the number on the confirmation, and they said that any refunds will happen within 5 business days. Is there any way to find out before then if this is going ot happen? I want to know if I should attempt to purchase more tickets tomorrow when they go on sale to the public, but I don't want to purchase more than I need/ What can I do?? Please help me!!!

I am unable purchase the presale tickets. I keep getting the sign in page which takes me to the sign on screen. It is just a continous loop. Also, on the home page, there is no link, the page is blank for the presale tickets.
Okay, I have a problem, i just purchased 2 VIP tickets for Saturday night show under my husbands fan club sign in....I didn't realize he had logged on since I had. so Under billing info it has his name, but under Credit card info it has my name...is that gonna be an issue in picking up tickets at will call? i plan on going to a show with a friend?

I'm confused, I've never bought a six pack before. My email confirmation says 6 pack but under Quanity it says 1 general admin. Did I only order 1 ticket or 1 - 6 pack?

I just joine the KRC this morning and could not even get access to the date on the ticket link for the August 13, show. But, am still happy to finally just be a member of the KRC!
My membership isn't expired and can't find a link or get to where I'm supposed to be with the one that says pre-sale starts at 9:30. Comerica Park isn't listed under "Tour" to purchase pre-sale tickets there either. Please help...
