Please, before you post do two things!
1. Make sure your email address and password are EXACTLY THE SAME on The KRC and KidRock.com! You can do this by visiting http://www.kidrock.com/edit-account/. Remember, you have two sets of logins, and they have to match in order to work... So check BOTH of them!
2. Make sure your account is not expired! Most of the questions people post here are from members with expired accounts. Visit http://fanclubs.artistarena.com/kidrock/members/member.php? to check and renew.

I have a concern, me and my brother are members, we went to pre sale for nov 23 Nashville Tn show, ticketmaster rejected brother's card which is current, I dont have a bank card.. therefore. all 4 tickets are on my mom's bank card. only way to get the tickets, after a grueling 2 hrs on ticketmaster and trouble.. so WILL CALL.. how is this going to work> me and brother are members, but the tickets on mom's bank card??? Are we going to be able to go to WILL CALL that night and get our tickets? Who shows ID? do u see my concern? PLEASE HELP thank so much

i was at the concert in ok city ok on 8/31/2011 it was GREAT! except that i bought a 20.00 hat and your people swipped my card. i have the reciept showing 20.00 but the charge on my bank statement say's 24.00 was taken. someone is making them some extra cash off people and thats bull shit

I folloed all the instrutions and even called and now I Can gt on th ite and can finaly post but it does not show that I AM A MEMEBR AND MAKES ME LOG IN OVER AND OVER AND I GET NO WHERE. I HAVE CALLED , SENT EMAILS AND BLOGGED AND STILL NOTHING. MINE HAS NOT EXPIRED AS I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER ONLY A SHORT PEROD. ANY SOLUTIONS ?
Hi, didn't know if anyone has made you aware of this information or not but I did want to let you know. We purchased the VIP BBQ Package through artist arenafor Atlnata. When we went to check in last night at Lakewood in Atlanta we got the tickets, drink tickets, VIP Club passes and land Laminates. We did not receive the swag bags, we were told for those of us that purchased their tickets through Artist Arena we would have to have our Goodie Bags shipped to us because they did not send them to the venue. They had all of us write our information down in a notebook so they could send the information to Artist Arena. I know you all don't have any control over them and we just wanted to know could possibly follow up on that and let us know if that is correct or not? Thanks you so much.

Could you confirm the start time for BBQ for Jiffy Lube 8/22? I have not received an email with any info concerning the VIP package.
My ticket purchase confirmation says 5:30 however I called the venue and they said the parking lot does not open until 5:30!!! Are you aware of that? She said she guesses the BBQ will start at 6:00
Could it be possible VIP can park before that?
I was so disappointed with my fan club seats at Hershey, Pa. (bought them the second they went on sale) Couldnt even see the screen behind the band ? My friends bought better seats on the day they became available to the public
I bought VIP ( the second they went on sale) for the 8/22 show expecting better seats ORCH 1 row L isnt what I expected for $250.00 each.
I was holding out hope there would be a catwalk.. but I am still hoping this show will be a better experience.

I have 2 tickets to tonights Detroit show. I clearly understood the policy when I bought the tickets that I need to be the one to pick them up. Well lucky me I have been out of work 4 days and I find out Monday if I have mono and doctor has me on bed rest.
It really sucks shelling out $180 and not being able to resell them at face value or worst case scramble and find friends to go pick them up if the policy allowed to.
I totally understood why Kid Rock set it up this way to limit scalpers but here I am legitimately sick and there is nothing I can do about it. 2 tickets will be collecting dust in the will call window and 1 sick and bummed out fan will be at home.
Do you have any info as to where and when we can get our tickets for this weekends concerts in Detroit?

Yes, if your with artist arena and your name is Mr. Dougherty, you did speak with my sister in law Tami on the phone. who is handling the ticket situation for me. i apologize for not knowing Artist Arena ran the kid rock site under the name KRC ADMIN. i am new to all this site unlike my wife who knows the site inside and out an i really had no clue about who runs what on this site.
Hey Busy, Could you pass this info onto Kid Rocks' tour Manager,for their concert here on Cali's central coast at Cali. Midstate Fair in July, if their crew from Michigan misses Big Boys, there is a Big Boy's in Morrow Bay not too far from Paso Robles,if they decide to go and order a Big Boy,this is very important, you must say you want it "Michigan style" otherwise its prepared WAY different then they are used to, if they want to go to the drive-in theres one off the 101 in San Luis Obispo just south of paso about 15-20 minutes, if the band wants a great steak the only place for this is Jockos in Nipomo, way south from paso about 1 hour worth the drive, Aerosmith eats there when they play paso. there is also an open invitation for the whole crew to play at the only off -road Dune Buggy business in Pismo Beach, "Sun Buggy Fun Rentals", this business is also the main company of their clothing line "Skullworks Apparel", who btw, is an authorized retailer to sell "Made In Detriot", so if there is free time and if the temperature is hot up there in paso, they can ride the dunes see the fantastic pacific ocean, watch the sunset and have a great bon-fire all in one place, oh yeah the temps in pismo are on the cooler side hard to believe, but true, so hope you can pass this info onto his tour manager heres the fun facts in case they were not made aware of.
