IF YOU ARE HAVING PROBLEMS LOGGING IN TO THE FAN CLUB:
Please, before you post do two things!
1. Make sure your email address and password are EXACTLY THE SAME on The KRC and KidRock.com! You can do this by visiting http://www.kidrock.com/edit-account/. Remember, you have two sets of logins, and they have to match in order to work... So check BOTH of them!
2. Make sure your account is not expired! Most of the questions people post here are from members with expired accounts. Visit http://fanclubs.artistarena.com/kidrock/members/member.php? to check and renew.

i cannot assess the presale link, either. help!!
I cannot access the website to get tix, every time I sign on it sends me back to the Kid Rock website...this is really frustrating. I want to buy tix, it's for the Boston show, what is the problem???
Is there anyway to get a refund on tickets that are Section 101 Row AA? I have 3. We ended up with VIP so I do not need the others.
My brother and I grew up with Kid. At the Jacksonville Show on March 9th we gave an EAST SIDE DETROIT T-shirt that a mutual friend Phil Patrona sent to us for us to wear to the concert. I threw one to him on stage and I just wondered if he received it. Can you let him know it was from Craig Dodge, Michele Dodge Dobbs and Phil Patrona. Thank you!
everytime i go to click the link to purchase pre sale it takes me to KRC home page I again log in and it takes me right back to Kid Rock's home page it won't let me access the link any suggestions?

Help....Fan Club login not working nor is any e-mail to Info or memberships @the krc.com. Cannot access fan club page or edit password. The system will not e-mail me my new password (MJL529@aol.com)
Please help everything I try to get more info to get presale tickets I get routed back to the log in page. I renewed mymembership last week. I don't want to have a problem at noon when the Cincinnati Tix go sale. Thanks!!

Best of luck and I sure hope you want a raise, promotion, and more moola so that you work extra hard the way you are going, because WE DESERVE MORE THAN WE GET, historically speaking from a fan club....over the years.
Why are so many fans are not getting product they purchased (T-shirts)?
I sure hope they decide to let you stick around at your more than adequate work level for a few months. Be nice to see folks here be happy to pay for what is promised and quick to wear it around their regional abode.

I'm so sorry! This is very last minute and I do apologize, but I am trying to prepare for the presale and seem to be running into log-in issues. I am able to sign in to KR.com, I think I'm even signing into the KRF link, but when I go to look at the instructions for presale, it keeps taking me back to the KRF log in page. I have since been able to figure out what time the tickets I want are going on sale but am worried I'll run into the same issue when its "go" time. Thank you for any assistance you may be abe to provide.
I am a member of the KRC and everytime I click on the link about more info for presale tix it brings me to the KRC sign in page. I sign in and it brings me back to the Kid Rock home page and vice/versa. My presale tix go on sale this afternoon and don't want to miss out. Is there a problem with the website? or is it me??

KRC Admin, When I click on the KRC homepage and login, it directs me to kidrock.com. I have a current membership to the fan club. What next, my tickets go on sale tomorrow.
what timezone will the presale tickets be on? I don't see Arizona on the list available for presale? Is he still coming on the 8/5?

I renewed my membership and now when I try and click on more under the blog entry that says the 2nd leg dates are out and it takes me back to the member login screen. Never lets me read all of it and see the dates. I have since found the dates online, but want the presale info. How does it work? Will a presale password be sent out? Also, it says you get a his or hers T with the membership. How do they/you know if I want his or hers and also how do you know what size I need? Just want to make sure when the presale dates are, if there is a password and also T shirt info. Please contact me and let me know.

Can someone please help me out I finally did get an email about the shirts back logged and other items are being shipped. Thank you that but my issues are every time I try to enter KRC it says I am not member I have paid and you have record of it. I would like to know why I cannot get in. I am looking for new dates for pre sales

Just checking on NE or Mid Atlantic dates...looking like Bob's heading to Canada so worried he won't be anywhere near here on this tour. Just wondering if there are any plans to head this way or do I need to book at plane ticket and buy tickets for a different location. Would love a heads up if you've got any info. Hi, can anyone clarify if VIP pre-sale tickets for KR show in Paso Robles, California in July, already happene or are any going to be available for this show?
