Please, before you post do two things!
1. Make sure your email address and password are EXACTLY THE SAME on The KRC and KidRock.com! You can do this by visiting http://www.kidrock.com/edit-account/. Remember, you have two sets of logins, and they have to match in order to work... So check BOTH of them!
2. Make sure your account is not expired! Most of the questions people post here are from members with expired accounts. Visit http://fanclubs.artistarena.com/kidrock/members/member.php? to check and renew.

I will be at the Vegas show. I have vip tix now but also two presale tix at will call. I would like to sell them for what I paid to another krc member who wants to go to the show. I understand I must show i.d. to receive my tickets but will I be able to hand them to the couple who wants to buy them from me at the window? I have been told by other members that a wristband will be issued. Can that wristband be given at the window to the persons I sold (at face value) the tickets, too? I just want to make sure the transaction goes smoothly for the KRC member buying my extra tix. Could you please get back with me so I can post the available tix on a discussion with the current info. Thank you.

I just heard that livenation had VIP tickets available WAY before this congregation had the chance for presale,, , I was on at noon, clicked "buy tickets" for fridays show and as soon as I clicked it went "SOLD OUT" as 12:01 , then I read a post about VIP earlier sales.thru livenation can this be verified???
I still have not heard back from anyone on my fan club merch. I have sent several emails and no response. This happens every year. I really would like someone to respond.

Considering tickets for Catoosa have only been for sale thru the fanclub presales, there sure are alot of fans selling tickets. When I got on to look for tickets, I found plenty with real hefty price tag. They start at 269.00 each and go up to 400.00. I thought you guys were true fans. Seems like only after the almighty buck. Tickets are all listed on www.stubhub.com. It pisses me off they are buying up all presales just to resale!
Got my tix for the OK presale for Sunday's show.. Looking forward to getting the House of Blues ones tomorrow. Thank you again for making it so easy to see the shows. Really appreciate all the customer service and help y'all offer. = )

Thanks Kid for rocking the West Coast in Malibu. I wanted to go so badly but with such short notice, plane tickets are very expensive. The economy is bad, as you know, and I don't think I can swing it personally. Anyway I was thinking it would be extremely cool if you could throw in an all expense trip...but only if I win the tickets. You give so much and I'm honestly not needy but times are tough and as much as I love your music, I would need help with the plane fare. Just wanted to say thanks for coming to Center Stage and maybe you could do it again next year! Love ya lots. TBrown

We bought 2 tickets from the fan club for the ryman tonight and my friend also bought 2 tickets for the ryman he used my computer and we did not know when it went to ticket master they said we got our 2 tickets each and we proceeded to check out and it was charged to my card then now 4 days before the concert we got a credit for one set of the two tickets they said only 2 per fan we were buying only 2 per fan both used my credit card to check out not only did they take 2 tickets away they took mine which were the first ones purchased said they dont handle that we both had our own fan club password and our own codes to buy our tickets good thing i saw my visa card or it would of been a wasted trip 3 hour drive our friend let us have the tickets since i am such a huge fan but you may want to let others know that when you buy for the presale if it goes to ticketmaster for final purchase if they use your credit card they will not let it go through and they will not even notify you we bought on presale and been looking forward since oct 12 and now they took them away i called and told them i wanted my 2 that I bought first and they said they already sold them what a crock hope you can help me or other fans in the future thanks. theresamaz@bellsouth.net leaving for the 3 hour drive and looking forward to going to see him again love him thanks

Hi there - I have tix that I bought for house of blues in Chicago that I can't use. I was supposed to be flying to Chicago from Boston but had to cancel flight - have to stay in Boston for weekend for family thing. Wanted to let you know so you could put them back in the pool of tix or whatever.

Karen, I know that it is impossible to access the homepage, and I cannot help you with the email/password problem of course, but I can direct you how to get find where to enter while this issue is going on. Look down to the Left right now where you see, "My activity"... look through the posts of the KRC Admin~ 5 days ago, you will see a blog post for "Big Kid Rock Announcement": Meet and Greet... click on that and it should take you to where I entered. The M&G winners are still not showing up - HELP
I am getting soooo frustrated I have been at this for 2 days and I still cant even find where you go to enter for the chance of a meet and greet for the Care tour!! Hell I dont even know if this right here is the KRC site or kidrock.com or what!! I also keep getting told i have the wrong email and pass word so i had to log on through facebook!! I already got turned away in cheynne for a meet and greet and I have tickets to the Denver show on Dec 1st and all I want is a chance to enter the darrn contest!! I have responded to the email i was sent telling me to go to the KRC site to enter but havent heard back yet and time is running out!! Can ANYONE please help me out?!
