First, my necklace is defective. It is split on a corner and is jagged. Do I contact Topspin or the jeweler?

Hello - I've been trying to figure out where I stand w/my account/membership. I can't recall seeing any emails to convert my current KRC to the new Rebel membership & I REALLY need to get into the presale for Saginaw!! I'll buy the new one if my old is expired, but I can't even seem to figure out how to accomplish that!! Please help :)

I just purchased a fan club membership last night on ticketmaster.com when I purchased two tickets for the March 20th concert in Madison. Now I’ve decided to purchase two more tickets and I’m unable to do so without having my member password unless I purchase another membership. A Tickmaster representative told me to contact you because you are the ones who provide that password. Would you please contact me ASAP so that I can make my final purchase during presale. ok can someone let me know what to do my password did not work for ticketmaster that i was emailed and they charged me 47 dollars to get the tickets and renew my membership that i have already renewed and redeemed i am getting ripped off and want to know how to get that back it was the only way they would let me get the tickets good grief

When are the Tulsa seat assignments going to be emailed? The FAQ's say that within 2 weeks of the pre-sale there would be seat a assignments emailed out but I haven't seen anything

I noticed that a Pensacola FL Kid Rock concert is scheduled on the Fan page. However, the Pensacola Bay Center does not show the Feb 20th date. Do not want to miss pre-sale, if you can answer this please do soon. Otherwise I would buy the N.O tickets, and would rather not since it is 4 hrs away.

I've been trying for a while to buy/renew KRC membership, still can't get on web page. Sent email to KRC they in turn forwarded to Topspin who now handles the webpage...no response! Is someone going to fix the issue or at least respond? Called ticketmaster for membership, as stated on KRC webpage, they have no clue what I was talking about & don't even have all shows listed that are on the tour list! Can someone please advise...am I the only one that is having this issue??

From all of the posts it seems like they know there is an issue allowing people to join KRC. Hopefully they will get this resolved since the pre-sale for the Kansas City show is tomorrow.

I have been a KRC Member for a long time. I cannot remember what my renewal date is. I have tried and tried to figure it out. I really want to be sure that I do not h ave a lapse in membership. I want to be sure to get the pre-sale code for the Greenville, SC show. I have yet to receive any codes for any of the new showes and am a little alarmed. Help??? Thanks!!

Is the site having difficulty? It asks for MEMBERSHIP TYPE but the Drop Box has NOTHING. It will not let me renew. What should I do???

I just saw that Kid Rock will be in Tulsa (http://www.bokcenter.com/events/detail/kid-rock/) and I didn't get an email about it? I also hadn't gotten an email regarding if my membership was expired or not, and there doesn't seem to be any info as to an expiration date on the link above so I went ahead and renewed... Tickets go on sale this Friday - when will the presale date for Tulsa be?

I've been a member of the KRC for two years now. I didn't get an email announcing the shows in Hollywood! I've gone in to change my email address hoping that I will get the next announcement. I did get two GA tickets via the link but that was today. Are these the best seats in the house? Also did you send out an email or text for this NYE show? I'll b there but wish I would have known about it earlier so i could have booked some rooms. Please advise

Just bought pre-sale tickets to Kid Rock show at Hard Rock in Hollywood, FL but when I tried to book a room online it says that it is Sold Out?!? Is the KRC going to be able to get some rooms? Maybe even a discount for KRC members? Thanks.

I submitted a sugestion for new KRC name...ONLY one :( didn't realize I couldn't go back and submit more...Of course I had an ever better one occur to me moments later I saw there were several ideas allowed am I totally out of luck?
