Hi James - we see someone in the fan club with that email address but no one is registered on KidRock.com with that email address. He needs to make sure his email address and password match on both KidRock.com and The KRC (he can do this at http://www.kidrock.com/edit-profile/).
If he does not have an account on KidRock.com, he simply just needs to create one with the same email address and password he used to sign up for the fan club!
If he's still having problems after this please let me know.
