About Me:
I've been a die hard Kid Rock fan since I stole a Grits CD from some kid at school! I saw him at the Main Event in Toledo, Ohio in 1998, and became hooked. Since then, he has broadened my music spectrum into country, rap, and even blues. I met him twice in 2004 and I was struck by how down to earth he acted, not like the typical "rock star" with the huge ego. It must be those midwestern roots that he stayed true to. I moved to Los Angeles in 2001 and have been bummed every time he does Detroit shows, so I have made trips to visit the fam around his hometown dates! My wife thinks I have a problem, but I really just love the party, the great music, and everything he represents and puts out there. Real, honest, and fun music. Stay true Mr. Ritchie.
