I got your package yesterday and your hearts hangin where I can see it everday along with a couple of other artifacts that are dear to me. That must be a reason for my obbsesive fondodness for KR,.like I said before he just dont make music...Im making progress in regardes to my pyhsic...yesterday my youngest nieace had her first daughter,.yes im a great aunt and the way the girls are in my family if I live ten more years I'll be a great great aunt...I cant remember if it was my grandson or dauther in laws BD as well yesterday, I know they both have one in feb on the 17 & 21...I hope its my grandsons...Her names Preslee Cyann and it remindes me of the song Sometimes I get a Good Feeling...Sometimes I think maybe I should just pack up and go someplace else but than I get scared and reason with myself the security and benifits of where Im at...so now Ive decided with my new found energy and bordom I must began something new In my life in a total oppist direction, Im gonna free my mind on our cruse ms Bobby Jean,. I just got to figure it out, with that lovley lady I hope what ever it is your trying to accuplish runs smoothly. You make me Smile and Thank You for being my friend.

Oh and hey.. I gotta show you this... remember I was telling you about them fatty potato donuts called fasnachts. The Pennsylvania Dutch tradition, which I am part that and Native American, but their tradition is just like Fat Tuesday, and why Fasnacht Day.. yes.. crazy but it was yesterday, is the same day as Fat Tuesday. Back in the Colonial times..the PA Dutch will go thru and clean out all their butter, lard, sugar, and fat and make these donuts as a celebration the day, before Lent.

Well.. I was good yesterday... no fasnachts for me... I ate too much fatty stuff the week before... so I am good..haha

It feels like it's been so long since I had written you or BB. Been some crazy crap going on at work, here. Fat Tuesday brought everyone out of the woodwork.. and perhaps the warmer weather we are getting..lol I had to call the cops and ambulance twice in one week... aigghhh !!

Oh wow.. Congrats on your weight loss success !! You are catching up to me : ) I actually gained a pound and some from last week... and I ate all the wrong foods.. so I knew the weekly weigh in wasn't gonna be looking good, so I'm back at 10lbs lost... but the bad week really put things into a reality for me, and I'm back on track this week. Perhaps it was a week where I needed to fall down to realize I can get back up sorta thing. I realize we all will have these moments.. not sure why I did it.. other then all the stuff I had was pretty yummy and not getting to the gym like normal gave me a week break... but now that I see how easily it is to pack it back on.. it's easier to get back up on the horse, so to speak : )

Close to 2 months away for this cruise... omg.. I so can't wait to finally meet you. Hope you don't mind hugs... cuz I'm that kinda girl..hehe. I have 18 more pounds to lose for my lil mini goal weight to be for this cruise. I figure with 2 months.. and 12 actual pounds lost the first week.. with gaining back 1.3... I still should be able to shake them.. being that I need to lose about 9 per month... how cool would it be to actually go past that goal.

Well... give it all you got girlfriend... it's almost here ; )

PS... had to come back and tell you. Since its been a month at this.. I went ahead and tried on my born free concert T again :):):).... to see if I was close to fitting. It fits... but very tight.. matter of fact I tried it on with a pair of nice jeans that I couldn't git into that well. Got into them.. and couldn't stop checking out my arse..lol But need a lil more work to fit right in that shirt... or I'll be showing way too much top curve.. all over the place ; )

I've been super crazy busy and come on here and there post a few words then ran off.. lotta stuff/chores that I had to take care of.. helped the homeless folks at the hotel do their taxes tonight... It took me all day Saturday just to do my Federal due to all the stuff I needed to add.. with early withdrawal on my 401k.. and I felt like I was reading forever.. but got it squared away and happy that I'm getting back more then what I thought.. boat money : )

And then the rest of the time.. I spent going to the gym.. being all hardcore and stuff..lol 60 mins.. 5 times a week most all cardio right now.. I've been mixing it up.. 15 on the recumbant bike.. 16 mins on the eliptical.. and 30 mins on the treadmil... lost 5lbs this week woo hoo.. total for the month is 12lbs. Still eating eggs, tuna, and chicken for the protein.. plus all the other healthy nutrients I need... but it's REALLY going well.. and I REALLY don't mind eating the same thing over and over again... with a lil break up day here and there.

Hope your still working it too : ) Gotta lemme know how you are doing.

Umm another WOW! the food sounds so tasty, and with the ring for my sister I will and thanks again. My BD was great, I had to have desert coundnt control myself. I will add yesterday was the first time eating out this year for me which usally is the norm for me (fast food)...Ive been stayin away from carbs and beer so Woowhoo!...I think it sucked WH died on my BD. I'll let you know when I recive your package and thank you for your care and concers Bobby Jean. It means so very much to me, much love, strenth, beuaty and power to you. xoxoxo
