Emailed faclubs@artistsarena.com per the instructions on THIER phone list and the email was kicked back as undeliverable. There is no way to speak with a real person on their "customer service" line, and I'm not sure how my bank can dipute anything if there's no way to get ahold of an actual person or to send an email. I don't know what to do!
Hi Christen -- Man, that really sucks!! I'd start by disputing 6 of the 7 transactions at your bank as "not authorized". Hopefully you can recoup your money that way.
