I am a military wife and mother of two. My husband is currently active duty military (Navy) and we are stationed in Yorktown, Virginia. Both my husband and I are from the great state of Michigan. I grew up in Troy, MI and my husband grew up in Central Lake, MI. We both attended Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti and my husband did his ROTC at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. We have two children..... Ben (13) and Emma (11). Our Navy life has taken us to many places around the US. We have been stationed in Brunswick, Maine (twice), Jacksonville, FL, Washington DC, Norfolk, VA and Yorktown, VA. We only have 3 months left in the Navy then we plan on moving back to Michigan to live near our families.
