I finally got all my membership stuff, about 2 weeks ago,,,,I kept emailing the place where we sent in our money,,Artist Arena?? Unfortunately I have erased all my emails to them, so I can't give you the exact email address...But I will continue to look and let you know if I find it. Good Luck!
