Hey Beckxy, thanks for the articial,. that would mean an eighteen lb loss for me. Im currently 180 but would like to weigh 150lb so thats a tweleve lb diffrence which is three lbs past half and would make me very happy. I weighed myself saturday night and vowed with Bobby Jean Id put the scales away for two weeks. We'll see how this meat diet works. Last week I drank less than half the beer I typicaly do, so that should help I hope. The crunches are easy and I can feel the results. Theres a time for everything and at this time in my life I need to focus on eating properly and maintain my musical tone in the event Im previlaged to be alive twenty-five years from now and if so I want to be able and healthy/stronge. Im thinking with my need and want for a steady boyfriend-husband and exercise I should look into some type of team sport to partisapait in so I can "piggy back / two birds one stone' my current focus in life...not the roller durby crap, thats dangurous at least for a woman my age...im thinkin Balli or maybe burlases...maybe both, I'll keep you posted on that hahaha maybe even a tap dane class or two...Dont blow your walk off! I'll try not to as well xoxoxo

Hey there Lady! You are so cute! I am totally thrilled and excited - you got me stoked to start tomorrow. You see,... I had spaghetti for dinner today too. Isn't that too funny. I didn't have sauce and didn't want to go back out. So... everything that said tomato went in & it turned out not so bad. :) Tomorrow is it yep you are right, it's our kick off!

You have got such an awesome - AWESOME START! I'm with you on the 5 days meet. and... something else, I'm trying to remember...ummm... OH YA - the tummy growling - fill up w/ water! & went you feel hunger, often they say that folks are really thirsty or dehydrated for water and mistake it for hunger pains. So, they say to drink a glass of water & if still GRRRROOOWWWLLLING :) then get something in there girl! A saline cracker and a touch of peanut butter or something.
ON the sheets - YOU ARE SO BLESSED - I love good sheets, they so make all the difference. I need some new ones. I wait for the 400 - 600 thread count to go on sale. The last set I bought was like 3 yrs or so ago, like $240 ish for $70 or maybe $60 - then even better, at target I got Egyptian cotton top sheet $7.00 and same for fitted. Different shades, but in same color type. Fleece even better for winter. So funny, I have to keep heat down for Mom. When we do have a cold night, I tell ya, my nose is totally frozen, like ice and so, I got these fleece blankets at CVS for $2.50 that I use for something else like to add w/ gifts or whatever and I had bought an extra one for me, put on top my sheets & it's so cozy - ur right! :)))

I just might...omg I have to force myself to walk but im always pround of myself afterwards and feel awsome, thats how i convince myself to do it..yesterday i decided to quit drinking beer so that should help...im activily looking for a husband becaues im in heat and God dosent want me fornacating or masterbatting..thats just how it is...thats my present goal in life...I think he should be Kid Rock...I cant hardley wait find him its driving me crazy.

Well thank you for the friendship, Its a privilage and Im honored becaues you have been a part of KRC from the time I came here and loyality gets my loylety. Your job situation will work out, I dont want to sound pushy or anything and I dont know what the job and economy rate is around your place but sometimes you have to put yourself places youd rather avoid in order to achive what you need and want., sacrafices reap rewards if you will it, it will be. I love coffy Blk and stright up, the cost has dobbled over the last two years, in okla folgers is 9 somthing so I switched to wm great value for 6 something., see theres an example of a sacrafice, I hope you can relate three dollors is three dollors; and alomost a gallon of gas. Diabetes run in my family, and yes the feet and legs seem to be the area it debilatates, not to scare you but people loss thire limbs sometimes becaues of complcations, I was eating lunch yesterday at work and meet a 71 yr old man in a wheelchair who told me about himself one of the things that stood out was he told me his doctor said if he woundnt have smoked he woundnt have lost his leg: smoking prevents you bloodstrem from circulating...Not to sound motherly but I hope your not smoking and if so I hope not much...shhh I smk sometimes...Im looking forward to hearning about new beginnings in your life. Hey Beckey, just read your note, yelp I like this place and it helps me in many ways. I lost 15ibs by cutting soda out of my diet, every now and than I'll crave soda but now days I limit the amount by just taking a drink not the entire can or bottle. You carry yourself well and are very beautiful and you wer not and will not be the biggest in size if thats what you meant on the boat besides in most cases its better to have too much than not enough. At this point in my life Im just trying to loss a few pounds so it dosent affect my medical condition as it has been doing, Ive made up my mind walking will be a responsabilty that I owe evryday in order to be healthy as I can be. the thought of walking is a bummer but I feel really good and proud of myself for doin somthing I dont want to do. If I could just get a boyfriend to lay it on me a couple of times a day Id be fine and woundnt have to walk but until than, its the tread mill.
