Wouldn't be right if I didn't say a lil sump'm sump'm..lol

Hello... I think I met just about everyone that posts regularly at this site who went..lol Still, I am a bit confused... because I was new to the Michigan ladies from this site. I think I have Just Because and Cedars down fer sure.... but there was also Val, RSMS, Cheryl, and I know I'm missing a few more.. grrr. But, I do remember your smiles and great company. Met Bart and 420allday.. got a lotta time with my homie Donna.. we rocked our shit out at the Rock show like we turned back the clock..lol Got to hang out with Shaggy, Angelique, and BBShirlee at the first Dime show.. how cool was that : ) Lotta fun

My bar tab was $428.00 between hubby and I. Which was good considering the first year it was 1400.00 the 2nd year was 800.00.. so this year I snuck some good ole vodka onboard and just limited our beer spending to 100 bucks a day.. which is like 4 or 5 buckets of four badass beers per bucket. They were a lil cheaper then the other beers for sale.. and we just toted around our nice Chillin the Most beer cooler that was a present from Sixthman.. when we gotten to our rooms. Previous years we had gotten the beach bag.

They also suprised the third year cruisers with a special note, HUGE glass stein, and chain. Second year cruisers got the shot glass we had gotten last year. They also gave out lil colored rubber wrist bands to show how many years we've been chillin. I would post pics but idk how to anymore. My profile used to lemme do that.. but I don't see a 'post picture' tab. Anybody know how to do it?

Everybody got a pic with Bob like the past two. There was something I wanted to say to him.. but it come out so daam fast.. I lost my swagger on wanting to say it right..haha. But the whole objective was I wanted to give him a great big hug for all that he has done as far as CARING so much thru Kid Rock Foundation. What I mean is the years prior.. I never went in for the hug.. so this year.. I wanted to go up there and just lay it on him.. and give him a line that he had used from the stage at a past show that was dear to my heart.. so I said... I know.. that you know.. that you been waiting for this all day.. and then wrapped my arms around him and gave him the hug.. thank God he hugged me back..lol. Then he looked at my hubby and said.. wassup cousin..lmao. We both laughed.. the pic was snapped and on we went.

Included in the package.. we had gotten a ticket for a free badass beer.. so we went and got that right after.

Sadly.. this seemed to be the only actual sunny day we were gonna see the whole trip. The sail away show was awesome. We got a good spot and I dunno how the hell we did it b/c I had to run my big ass up 9 flights of steps to get there after the drill.. guess the exercising paid off..lol Sadly, the very next day I had gotten sick b/c there were a few newbies pushing their way thru which was pissing me off.. but I was a good girl..and didn't get into a fight..lol But with it being so hot.. and just running up all them steps... no water to drink b/c we didn't want to lose our spot.. I believe it wrecked havoc on my ass the days to follow.

The highlight of the sail away show for me was when Kid Rock brought out Paradime and Yelawolf.. and they did the Beastie Boys cover 'Fight for your right to party' That kicked ass!! They also did a new song that will be on the next album.. but that song is something that was asked of Bob to stay on the boat until it's released to the public...so that's all I'm saying about that. I found it to be a catchy lil tune ; )

The rest of the trip was quite a blur to me. I had gotten sick on Friday morning.. and it wasn't from the alcohol cuz we didn't drink much on Thursday. Let's just say the woman in me had gotten the best of me. I also gotten a lil boat sick.. but not to the point where I had to throw up. But sadly I lost out on the whole two days on the island and had to watch the main Kid Rock show from the front of the ship while everyone else was on the island having a good time. I cried a bit that Saturday morning.. which probably only gotten me sicker.. well actually it was quite a lot.. thought God was being quite mean to me.. but what's a friggen girl to do, yanno. So I pulled up my big girl panties and got to the front of the boat with my husband by 1pm.. and we just danced together and had a good time from the boat listening to the show.

Caught all the Ty Stone shows.. plus I had the priviledge of being apart of a private show that had taken place on Sunday. That too got fucked up b/c I managed not to get the email that was sent out a day before the cruise that the time was changed to an hour earlier b/c it was the same time as the Kid Rock Q n A.. so in a round about way.. I missed not only the private show but the Q n A as well..lol.

Got to both Paradime shows.. which were friggen fabulous. The first show was not on the original schedule.. and so not a lot of ppl took notice to the change. Not sure who was at fault with that.. but I feel Sixthman could of done more to make ppl aware of the schedule changes b/c there was a lot due to all the rain. But anyway.. the shows were great.. his boy Chief did a song called 'City Boy' which was great to see done live. AMF working the turntables.

Also caught a Yelawolf show, Rodger Alan Wade, Ponderosa... and I fell in love with Hellbound Glory... raw outlaw country. That shit really turned me on..lol Three dudes the lead, name Leroy sang with a rasp in his voice, played accoustic, harp, also sat on a bass drum and kept a beat. The other dude played a bad ass elec lap steel... and then the other dude played an upright bass. These guys had character to match their songs. We got to talk to the guys from the band a lot.. my husband had to go and tell them that I was getting off on them.. which made me red..lol and then the upright bass player said he'd be honored if we went ahead right now to our room and made a baby and named him after him..lol. These guys are from Nevada of all places.. but daam fine gritty songwriters. We'll be catching their show in Philly soon ; )

Also got to catch the Comerica show from 2009 on the big screen the one night.. and I felt it was the BEST dvd put together.. EVER !! I ain't kidding. They, at times, had a split screen showing two things going on at once for parts of the movie... kind like the the old Woodstock movie, in a way. I dunno how more to put it.. but it puts you right there like you are at a live concert more so then the Birthday Bash did last year. I felt the whole lower level of the lounge was feeling it just as much cuz we were up outta our seats having a good time. Come to find out afterwards that Bob was up on the second level watching with us.. and quite a few ppl were telling he that he needed to get that out to the masses. I'm only sad we didn't stick around b/c I heard some of them folks that were there gotten a very special treat.. I'm so jeolous : (

On Sunday before the Paradime show... we went to the casino after the Ty show and danced our asses off to Mark EP's dj set with some friends. The drinks were flowing.. that by the time the Paradime show had ended.. we went down to our room and passed the hell out..lol

And last but not least.. cuz I know you will be reading this homegirl...lol There was a sweet lady that came up to me.. with curly blonde hair. I never met her in my life.. never talked to her on the boards here. She come up to me and she knew my name.. and I was like yep, I'm Beckxy..lol She says to me... well I'm a lurker on Kid Rock site.. I never talk on here.. but I read.. and I like reading your reviews and others post.. and had to come say hello. So if you are reading this.. because my sorry ass already forgot your name...lol But don't be shy.. you are so sweet..lol You should come on here and say hello sometime, kay : ) It was so nice to meet you.. ya made my day I'll have ya know : )

Oh and one more thing.. I finally met lil Jess and got a fabulous picture with her.. bought her book.. she's such a sweetie. We both missed out on seeing Miss Bobbie Jean.. I'm so sorry that you couldn't make it.. we all were sad not to be able to see you :(
