Funky monkey reminds of that cartoon that used to come on called the tic and the episode where he had some broccoli and it made him all funky, kinda stoned. It was really an adult oriented cartoon and they soon took it off and made a citcom which didn't last long but made puddy famous who played the tic. American made was a lesbian, insinuated and I think it was El Tor that was always hitting on American maid and tics side kick was monthman who was an accountant. Anyway when he had the broccoli he stood up with his head spinning and said funky monkey and kept crashing into things as he would try to take off like a superhero. Kinda funny. I think a lot of kids cartoons are adult oriented and their minds are just not mature enough to catch the innuendos. And when they do that's a little scary.
