    What Song Would You Love to Hear Him Do?

    He kicks ass doing and writing originals, but is there one song that you would love to hear him do a remake of? There are so many but I would love him to do " Seven Spanish Angels" or Danny Boy....

the last concert I was at, he did it as his encore.. we started leaving and then I heard him start... It was fantastic, he sounded a little raspy from all the singing and yelling and it sounded fantastic...

I would love to see Kid do a concert dvd with some songs that he doesn't do at his concerts. Like, Run off to LA w/Sheryl Crow, Cold and Empty, Jackson Mississippi, Rock N Roll Pain Train, Bawitaba, Wasting time, Only God knows why, Cowboy, Rock N Roll Jesus, Forever, All Summer Long, Hillbilly Stomp, Real Mean Bottle w/Bob Seger, Gimme Back my Bullets w/Lynyrd Skynyrd, Walk this Way w/ Rev Run.

OMG, House of the Rising Sun is a fabulous song. I also think, Stop Dragging My Heart Around (Tom Petty and Stevie Nicks) would be pretty cool. I could sing it with him LOL or we could get Stevie Nicks herself or Sheryl Crow, I think she and Bobs voices just blend really well together.

Yep...'House of the Rising Sun'.

Once at KRAA I posted a request for KR-TBT to do a re-make of 'House of the Rising Sun'...not expecting a reply of course, haha. Post included saying I could just hear Kid's voice singing it, & Jimmie Bones rockin the organ parts.

Well, I'll be damned if Jimmie Bones didn't reply! He said House of the Rising Sun would be an awesome re-make to do, & he loves that song also, saying he's an Animals fan too.

I printed that page, saved it to this day...cause 'if' they ever do a re-make of House of the Rising Sun...Jimmie's reply is my proof for me to take credit as it being 'my' own personal KR-TBT re-make, LMAO...as if that will happen, haha.

House of the Rising Sun, as well as Me & Bobby McGee, pretty much run neck & neck as my all time favorite songs. Never tire of listening to either.
