Okay I think they need to change It up.....NOW.Sounds like people are having a real hard time with presale.Im even having problems.

Think that's the goal in January. One of the emails spoke of transferring over to the Rebel Souls fan club and asked for suggestions and improvements.

I wish they would do this, too. having the two different places has always been odd, especially since they're tied together (like not being able to see certain threads here if you aren't a fanclub member).
