So sorry to hear about this tragic story. Thank goodness those kids have you in their lives. One option to think about, due to gram's faulty memory and how she treats the kids tonite is to approach the court and mandate supervised visits with her and the kids in a third party location first.

Something tells me those poor kids are going to be miserable with her on their own. I think a lot of why she is doing this is just to "win" and take the holidays away from you.

Bullshit.....if she really wants to see the kids the way she says she does, let her prove it first in counseling and supervised settings with them first.

Then once everyone's on the same page, and the kids don't feel torn in half during the most enjoyable time in their young lives (the holidays) and they find that they like the woman and feel comfortable with her, then she can send them to summer camp and also have them for two weeks in the summer.
