    Well he was here on friday and I am so disappointed that he was done and over with by 10:30 and wtf is was the fourth..no fireworks..LOL Thought he would play a little longer since it marked his 6000th show and his 50th year of touring..

    Had 8th row tix but ended up sitting in the lawn most of the night..One thing it was nothing like a Kid Rock concert, their were empty seats everywhere..

    My girl's LOVED it though...

Hey Kim, glad you guys had a good time! I thought he would've played a little longer too or something else special seeing as how it was his 6000th show! It was still a good show, we had fun...took a day or two to get our hearing back...LOL

LOL my girls listen to everything..My oldest is more into Rock-n-Roll and my youngest likes the new age stuff I guess you could call it fergie, Hannah Montana and so on..

Hey you have to watch REO the styx and groups like that play downtown for FREE on the river front..Thats what I like FREE!!

Would love to see AC/DC with my gang. Have you introduced the girls to them? Mine grew up on it. And they LOVE Bob Serer thank God. And Styx REO all the oldies. I hope he comes out one night at DTE Seger that is and maybe. I never missed a Ted show for way to many years to mention. LMAO 12 pack of miller high life, and stand in line for Ted's tickets one Hot as hell year.And we were already hung over. Now that is going way back. OMG I am old.

Don't get me wrong the show was GREAT and he played all my favorites but I just thought since it was his 6000 show it would be a little better..I'm just a critic..LOL

Boyne is even crazier than DTE!! And the hill is hell!. You sidestep up the hill to get a beer and someone slips and starts the domino effect. Kinda funny if you are not taken down with the group. General admission on a hill that looks like this _/ And seemed to have tons stoned/drunk youngens at the last one.

Great picture of you and your little girl. DTE is still the place to be to see a concert. Taking my 9 year to see Kid Rock in September while vacationing in the Northwest. I'm going to DTE for 2 of his 4 shows, but I'm sure she is not old enough to experience the side shows at his show at DTE (yet...). Maybe I'll take her with me to Boyne.

For real, done by 10:30? Aw, c'mon Ted- it isn't like you're 60-something...oh yeah, you are! Last time I saw Ted security was going CRAZY because people all over the lawn were starting little campfires.....

He played for 2 hours but I guess I am so use to bands playing till 11 at DTE..Don't get me wrong it was a kickass show but I guess I am being greedy and wanted more...lol

Dang, empty seats, no fireworks, 6000th show and 50 years of touring!! How long did he play?? That's crazy!! He used to be the Motor City Madman..sounds like he didn't play like it though!!!
