Hello Kid, just wanted to send a request to you while you are out doing your charity tour across the U.S. Can you please consider the not-for-profit American Indian Centers for potential donations? Not all cities and states have them but the ones that do, have some excellent programming and are always in need of donations. I encourage you to visit the Center in Chicago while you are in town there, it is the only one in the state of Illinois. It is also the longest running Indian organization in the U.S. and the building is 80 years old. Needless to say they are in dire need of a new building. 18 organizations/programs have evolved out of this Center, but their Native language revitalization program is struggling. Did you know that the city name itself, "Chicago", originates from a Native American word...lol, it's a funny story, you'll have to ask them at the Center :)

@ LongTimeFan, please do tell us where you get your source for the "real story"?!!! So, again, another "fan" is saying that Kid Rock is not only greedy, i.e. "how much he was to be paid" but that he's dishonest, a.k.a. lying about why he canceled, i.e. "breach of contract was not true at all". How 'bout you and all the so-called "fans" that find themselves "struggling with all this" hit the road and don't come back Jack!!
I have been a long time KR fan, supporter of Detroit, and always go to bat for Bob when possible. Now, I have a personal struggle with all this since he cancelled his appearance for the American Cancer Society Cattle Barons Ball. I know the real story and how much he was to be paid and know that the apparant breach of contract was not true at all. It will be very hard for us to get over this and wish he would just come out and say "I made a bad decision, and this is what I am going to do to make it up." We just need something better than the blame on some yahoo country station DJ's that made comments. Is this what the Detroiter of the year stands for? We all know it will not affect concert sales enough to make a dent, but this is bad news all the way around. Thanks for reading this.
Besides playing some really great music, I think it is so great you do for your home town and the people living there. Kid does alot for his town, just goes to show you that rockstars can be human. LOL. Keep up the good work and keep the music a coming.

I drive a truck throughout the midwest and I am always listening to you music from old to new it all GREAT. I also listen to a lot of oldcountry like Haggard, Jones, and Hank just to mention a few. Driving a truck you have to listen to the songs that go along with job or at least I do, Merle Haggard sing one of my favorites MOVIN ON. I dont know if your into remakes but I could only imagine what that one would sound like, so how about doing one for all truckers out there! Thanks Jim

Just wanted to request to hear Rock Bottom Blues at the House of Blues in Chicago. Love that song. I love the entire new album, but I Rock Bottom Blues is one of my faves. I have concern about your song "justice" I don't know what was your verdict, but as I wrote mine, it was guilty,and it seems because we both lived "Capricorn life" and as much as you are Capricorn, you have Venus on your side, so I don't know. I think your verdict was same as mine?,but Our point being here is to win the innocent"for JC and my JC has not written or expressed his verdict. So the Buffalo radio station forgot to post the guidelines for the Kid Rock Foundation and I applied for a friend whose son who suffered a spinal cord injury earlier this year. After reading my application they notified me it needed to be a 501c3,which it isn't. Today I was notified that my application made it to the second round, which was apparently also a mistake. So I guess my questions are does Kid Rock in fact read the applications himself? And would he consider my friends son as one of his charities? I would really like him to read my friends story....... Please advise

We go out of our way to make we see your shows. We personally love the displays you give us and the energy you give too. I also wanted to tell you that I bug my cousin in law if he has family in Michigan cuase he looks just like you. I find it funny that the two of you look alike and your from michigan and hes from chicago area. Your show at the rhyam this year sold out very quickly so we were not able to go this year but you rocked our world on your 40th bday one at bridgestone. We knew it was gonna be hard to get tickets at the rhyman cause its a small place but thats ok we will see you next year. Unless the timing is right and your in Illinios.
