My suggestions: I collect Kid Rock and TBT merchandise (www.facebook.com/mykidrockcollection). Recently the official store has offered some good deals, but the items in your store when they're not on sale are still consistently more expensive than other bands sold on Cinderblock.

I would also like for Kid and the band to be more accesible. I know that could be difficult but the Zac Browb Band pulls it off nicely. It's good PR too. Offer fans who are paid members of the fan club a drink and BBQ before the show. Limit it to 100 or so. Wouldn't be too expensive. It could be used to promote Bad Ass Beer and Jim Beam. It would make the real fans happy. It would also help them forget how much it sucked to pay to join a fan club to get presale tickets only to have them "sell out" in 3 seconds.

1. Come to Scotland.
2.The Music - Its all about music, thats all that matters. Thankfully that is were you are concentraiting your efforts, unlike a lot of fans i havent been here right from the beginning, a johnny come lately if you will. Hadn't heard of you until Devil, didn't consider myself a fan until Live Trucker was constantly in my car cd, I wasn't hooked until one night spent in Amsterdam when you finally made it back over to Europe, obviously RRJ went down a storm around the world, but the new record is a progression i wasn't expecting its just fantastic, i am excited about the next record as i really think you are getting better and that the classic record you strive to make is nearly there.
3. Come to Scotland.
4 The Shows - No point in making records if you can't take them to the people. First KR gig was the Melkweg in Amsterdam, second was the Olympia in Dublin, third Phillipshalle in Dusseldorf and the last to date was Comerrica Park in Detroit. Been lucky to see you in a club, a theatre, and arena and a stadium. Few artists are able to make the crowds at a big show, feel like they are in a club, and few artists put the effort into a club show that they would into a big show, from my experiance you appear to have the good grace to give it your all each night reguardless of size of the venue. Thats a good thing.
5. Come to Scotland.
6. The Merch - I'm a fat lad, XL and and the occasional shirt in XXL are of no fucking use to me. Can you make some bigger shirts available at shows or online, cant be that difficult to kit out us lardy guys as well. don't care if you need to charge extra either.
7. Come to Scotland.
8. The Merch - I like to collect signed tour posters, can you make limited runs of signed merch available from your website? If you feel such a thing is exploiting fans. could you not use it as a way to generate some funds for charities that you support.
9. Come to Scotland.
10. Items 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 are more important than 2,4,6 and 8.

Ok I have been giving this alot of thought and I do have a few suggestions.

1. The vocal talent within TBT is amazing. One of the biggest assets is your harmonizing. Between you, Stef, Jess, Shannon and the guys. Write some songs that take advantage of that.

2. We have been waiting for YEARS for a Live DVD..... YEARS!!!! Come on. Give us a GD DVD. The Birthday Bash will be fine!

3. You work very hard to make the best music and put on the best possible concert. And it shows! But I hope you know that your fans don't love you because you have the perfect voice, or your Band are all the perfect musicians. We love you because you are all real, genuine, super people. You have brought together an incredible group of artists. Born Free is an awesome body of work, but its 100% better when played by the TBT. NOT BECAUSE ITS Perfectly Played, but because it sounds like KRTBT. Please Please record future albums with YOUR BAND. So that we dont have to Bootleg live shows to hear the music like it was meant to be. If its REAL, you will Feel it..

Ok I'm done ranting. Nobody does it better Than Kid Rock and The Twisted Brown Truckers.

Yes! Yes! Yes! I love the new album. But I will be honest with you, some of my friends think you are turning old and soft. I tell them they don't understand where you must be coming from and that you are exploring all of the music genres you feel. They are just dumb! ~LOL They want more of the American BADASS. I tell them that you are still in there and you will more than likely return. I love all of what you do!! ~No LIE! You definately have made me a fan. I drive passed your house frequently and it's hard not to pull in the driveway. Just to stop in and say Hello. One day I see ya downtown eating some ribs and homemade mac&cheese. We shall have a shot!!! :)
One other thing. I was wondering if you would be selling the "LionsStyle" jerseys in your merchandise? Sure, I can go to lions.com and order one just like the ones you had at the concert, but it wouldn't have the "MADE IN DETROIT" label on it.
I had crappy seats and could've kicked myself in the ass when I seen how I could've gotten "TEA CUP" seats next to you on stage on 1-15-11!! grrr... Always a day late and a dollar short! DAMN! I could also go to CraigsList and buy one of those jerseys w/ a football, but don't really have THAT kind of cash to do so. :(
Welp, hope to be hearing and seeing you around soon. Take it easy out there on your tour. And be careful. Get lots of rest. We'll always be waiting with open arms for you to return to your hometown. :)

I wanted to let you know how much your music has meant to me. I was put into a wheelchair 3 1/2
years ago. Until then, I didn't even know who Kid Rock was. I fell in love with the song ' Only God Knows Why .' I started doing my wheelchair therapy exercises to your music. In May, I started to
learn to walk again. My dream was to dance with Kid Rock. I know that will never happen. I will be at the Bossier City concert and would like to thank you personally for inspiring me to get out of the
wheelchair. Is this possible & perhaps a quick photo? Thanks so much for your music and the way
it has helped me to go forward.

I agree with Sherz, switch it up. Either that or we have been to way to many shows? Although you rocked it every time because you can. But through some more spice man. Oh yea and I should always be back stage..luv ya

When are you going to New York. I've seen you once and really want to see you again. It was the best concert ever!!!!

Bobbie Jean_2's picture

Not sure, but I think you guys ask what people think and want already a tiny bit too often. I think that's got something to do w/ so many requests - cut downs... rudeness.... by some in that category. Just what it kinda seems like. Maybe if it wasn't asked so often, it wouldn't be used as a bashing session or request platform as some peeps seem to be doing at an increased number. It just seems like some folks have turned that opportunity into some self serving situations on a regular basis rather than using the open question as an opportunity to offer just plain feedback. Maybe put together a panel from the KRC or something to narrow it down a bit is something to consider. If need new members feedback, again maybe put together a random panel to narrow down in bringing views/ comments/ etc from the newer members. Just saying.... cause you did ask... :)

big breasts in a small shirt works for me lol.

jade-FXD's picture

@KRLO LOL they can delete the ninnies, and *I* will correct the lyrics, just give me access. I'll do it for free! I have a whole group of old-time fans that will help me with the older stuff. but I need it to be changed or I'll go nuts!! lol

samroberts01's picture

The only thing I had a problem with was at your show in saginaw every t-shirt vendor (this was before the show started) only had size small in all the womens shirts, very dissapointing as someone else mentioned some of us have big chests, I ended up having to buy a mens shirt which still fits as a fitted tshirt but not quite like a womens shirt. That was the only issue I had at all, the show was awesome and I love the site too!

KRLO's picture

Jade, if they spend time on deleting people that expect passes etc, no time to change the lyrics since those requests never never stop.

The wife's picture

I LOVE all things Kid Rock!! The only issue I have is when I got my KRC t- shirt it was a small I ordered a larger( some of us have BIG breast) the invoice clearly stated L. Now I gota wait for it again, But Kid Rock is worth it. You could throw in some back stage passes to the Memphis show March 12th. Can't blame a girl for trying.

jade-FXD's picture

You may have heard, but the hours are torn later... (the lyrics are wrong! please fix them)

women's clothes (not men's t-shirts, not juniors but women's shapes please [and not all of us are XXL!]) :-)

private messages here

I love the live shows. My only request is that I don't love the straight covers at the shows. I do like it when covers are woven in and out of KRs music... that's interesting and unique. but straight covers? no thanks. (and for the love of God, no pop music. I didn't like Centerfold when it came out, I sure don't wanna listen to it now)

Its probably too much to ask for, but can we delete the crap about people wanting shit from KR?

and, probably WAY too much to ask, but what about KR and TBT occasionally answering a fan question submitted through the website?

Love Kid Rock! Both my husband and I are from Michigan. I grew up in Troy and my husband grew up near Traverse City. Just wanted to thank Kid Rock for visiting all the deployed troops. My husband is in the Navy and he almost saw Kid Rock perform in Iraq in Baghdad. He was SO bummed that he had to miss Kid's performance because he had to go on a mission. Our goal is to see Kid Rock in concert in Detroit when my husband can retire from the Navy. Thanks Kid Rock for supporting two things close to home.... Detroit and the military!

dear Kid Rock,
I am in a journalism class and want to write about you and the good you are doing in Michigan. The article subject is things that are hitting home. (here in Michigan). My question to you is can you email me and give me a full bio on you and your connections to Michigan and all the things you are doing to help our great state grow and become prosperous again. Project you have going on. things of that sort. I would really appreciate any feedback you can give.
Thank you for your time, Trish

It would be great if Made in Detroit or this website could sell the tees available at 40 field. We missed out on the one I wanted, still got a good one, but I can't wear it to my kids school if ya know what I mean? And correct the lyrics or let one of us do it, I know there is someone here that would correct the lyrics for free.

Hi KR&TBT! :)

I think U guys & gals are awesome. Thank U for caring about us enough to ask our opinions. It really means a lot. It would be really good to see the setlist switched up through~out this tour. Have a few "staple segments", but surprise us all by throwing in different songs into the mix. Nothing like the eliment of surprise. It will really generate a buzz amongst everyone to discuss the different songs that may have been heard from one night to the next. Please include a MEDLEY of some of the OLD sKooL songs U have created. I remember UR 2004 tour and the medley that ran for almost 20 minutes was my personal favorite part of the entire show. Another great idea is to sell online a CD, DVD of each concert U are performing. It allows us to be able to purchase a CD or DVD or COMBO of the show we attended and have those memories that can be played whenever we want. I purchased a CD/DVD after attending The Who in Bridgeport, CT. It's so awesome to have that to reflect upon. Fans may even be so inclined to purchase shows that they didn't even attend b/c U played something that night that U didn't play the night b/f. Just some thoughts and I hope U will consider. :)

More PIT PASS SHOWS, those were bleepin' amazing! I'm sure whatever U decide it will ROCK.
