Subject for a song

Went to farmers market yesterday and they had the best stuff. Making creamy leek soup w potatoes , leeks, green onion, fennel, green apple, salt, pepper, heavy cream, chicken stock, and after cooking put in a blender to purée . Omg, I'm in heaven it is sooooo good .

Ok I figured out the painting that will be my part on the wall. Part of the Sistine Chapel by Michaelangelo, the part where Gods hand us reaching out to Adams. I haven't decided if I will freehand or projection screen which i have 2 at home. Depends on how much energy I have and I'm doing it at the top of the wall so the graffiti doesn't interfere.

We can do live bands at night w byob because the building is huge and we don't have to worry because there is a gun smith next door and attorneys on both sides of them w law enforcement down the street. I will taking pics as the wall come alive and posting if I can figure out how to on iPad and I will also be putting on an old shirt , a pair of jeans and grabbing some paint myself. I can't wait but I'm trying to decide what I going to do. It has to be very symbolic , especially w me being the matriarch of the family. I'm excited. Got to spend a lot of time w my boys in last few weeks which is hard once they grow up so I'm really enjoying it.

But like John Bergonon sang, live and learn. What happened to that guy on here? He wrote such a beautiful son g called I lived and I've learned or something like that. That was some good stuff. Anyway I'm still learning everyday in this storybook I call life and something would be wrong if a day went by that I didn't learn. Oh, and don't be alarmed by my rapping w Raprite. I know I got a little down and dirty , more so than a female probably should but to me it's like comedy. It like that big pimp hat one would wear at Halloween that's so damn funny but nit. Comedy is not always pretty and it is fun to let loose and let it go, whatever it is, every once in a while. I love rapping w my son. I always sit his big ass down real quick and then he just starts laughing and we both bust out. Speaking of son, I need to get another guy to run the recording studio cause I made him fire the other guy. Looking for someone maybe from that dept at guitar center. So in the meantime he is running his gold business, started an advertising and marketing project and is investing in an aeronautical surprise. I still need to meet the guy and go over the contracts before I let him do anything. Also there is a 100 year old building out back with the roof open, really cool old brick. Well he paid some homeless guys to clean it up, power wash it, painted a basket ball court on the concrete floor and paid an artist to come in and paint really cool graffiti on the wall and everyone in the familyor close to the family is going to have their part of the wall to paint and it may be constantly changing. He's organizing a community group that keeps teens and young adults off the street and we are going to throw parties and have basket ball tournaments and the winners mark their turf w graffiti on the wall reserved for that.

While it would be nice that Bobby could create such a song, it's not going to stop the children from doing what they want. "Despite our greatest efforts children grow up to be adults and make their own decisions". And at that point we can only try and lead them in the right direction, keep the, away from the bad influences, and keep them busy w family events. That's a lot of pressure to put on an artist and its not like he hasn't sang it before because he has talked about issues and change for sometime. On the other hand he has also made music of reality and the way sometimes things are and overcoming it and that message can be just as strong. Yes he has a big influence but we are all human and the best thing we can do as humans is hopefully learn from others and not our own mistakes.

Shelly, I am very saddened for your loss of Brandon at such a young age. My prayers are with you and your family. I am hoping Brody may be doing a bit better. Kid Rock is definitely an icon with an honest voice to ring through and positively influence our youth. Should you ever need an ear, Shelly, we here in this family listen, heck I almost feel like picken' up the phone and callin' now ;) God Bless! :)
