i heard this on the playground around the 3rd grade.
this man and his wife went to the doctor as she hadn't been feeling well.after examining her he comes out with a big smile on his face to annouce the couple were expecting a baby. (now this long before Ultrasounds) the next doctor visit came and he announce they were going to have twins. BUT i have good news and i have bad news. the good, one is going to be a doctor. the bad the other is going to be a rock and roll singer. (stupid doc, if he only knew the money the rock n roller would make).the couple was distressed. A ROCK N ROLL SINGER, OI VAY. SO they did what no parent should they planned the demise of the singer. at the next visit. the doctor was distressed, i only hear one heart beat. WAIT SOMETHING ELSE. BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM, YOU GOT MY BROTHER BUT YOU DIDN'T GET ME and so the moral to this story, i have no idea i was in the 3rd grad.
