    SEND A HANDWRITTEN LETTER
    Gwendolyn says (19 Oct '10)

The KRC said the address is "KID ROCK CONGREGATION c/o Artisit Arena 853 Broadway Suite 1706 New York, NY 10003" One of the posts I read said that "Bob" misses hand written letters. The KRC said they forward the letters to him. Let's see how many he gets. Have fun- Gwen p.s. The AC show 2-13-09 ROCKED.

Dear Kid. I am writing to you because a woman in Romeo your home town is dying of cancer. She doesn't have much time and her shitty health care insurance will not allow for Hospice to come in and help the family. She needs someone around the clock and her family is exhausted. I am asking if you could help out financially with this. It will only be a few weeks of having someone to sit with her and help this wonderful family out. You probably get people begging you for money every day and I'm just another one. But it is not for me. It is for a wonderful woman who worked her whole life and now that it is coming to an end is being treated badly by our health care system. You can reach me at work: Kim @ Kriewall Ent. Romeo, Mi (586) 336-0600 and I can confirm her identity. She lives not far from Romeo High school. I pray to God that you read this and help her out. ONLY GOD KNOWS WHY this is happening to such a beautiful soul. Bless you,

Kim

I can see Kid sitting in a room full of unopened letters when he's having a bad day, maybe opening a few to cheer him up but you know damn well they mostly are the same old shit, Bob your hot, Bob marry me, Bob I want to have your baby. Omg that's got to get old after a while. At least write something entertaining or even real and please stop asking unless you are being unselfish and asking for someone who really is in dire need...ie dying, house burned down, catastrophe , etc, etc.

Dear Bobby, thanks for your wonderful music and no I'm not an ass kisser, never have been, never will be and I'll tell ya how I see it. It's just my opinion anyway. Handwritten/typed by Rebecca rjl1969.

letters...nah...so much can be READ into..and NAh...its like text can be taken so many ways face to face conversations are what I do..always have...every since 1981 . That Year I got a letter in the mail informing me that my boyfriend was missing. he was stationed in the navy . it was scary. later he was found he had been Mugged and left for dead at thier boarding location. just a letter NO PHONE NUMBER . His mom in a panic..since then its either face to face or nothing. just the way I live in matters of privacy.

Only problem is that we are switching over from Artist Arena to Topspin, so hope anything hand written gets forwarded by AA.

Not sure if Topspin is set up to access mail and forward it, they seem like an online based entity. Maybe they will respond and let us know for sure.

Lacking that, write here. It get's read, and he has plenty of printers if he wishes to save it.

If I write a letter to Kid Rock (it is personal- Like I'm not asking to hook up or get free tickets) will I get a response?

Oh my, hahaha. Gwen, I apologize if you were offended by our sense of humor, as it was not an intent to put you, or anyone else down. The replys were in jest, innocent simple jokes more or less, of which it appears you took personal. Possibly you were just a bit over sensitive, took the posts out of their intended context?

As with Kelly, aka Gatekeeper...nor would I seriously offer up any contact information for bid, or sale...first and foremost because I have too much respect for anothers privacy, secondly I have self respect. Knowing Kelly, her reasons are the same.

I'm sure Kid would appreciate your gesture to initiate fan mail forwarded by Artistarena...the address you posted for that purpose is appropriate as such. Have a nice Sunday, God Bless. :)

Let me know how high the bidding goes...I'm thinking I might follow suit...offer up an address to the second highest bidder...but I don't need a new handbag, maybe a new PC though soon since mines over 5 yrs old, lol.

Oh wait, lite bulb idea...donate the proceeds to St. Judes in Dillon's honor!! YEAH!!! :)

Thanks and I will gladly pay $30 - Can we please have an address (PO Box) or something added to the club so we can hand write letters to Bob- I have heard many people on the site saying he misses the old fashioned hand written fan letters but we have no where to send them... Thanks
