(RIP Bobby Baylash)... Update... Now my little brother too?
    Ellie says (21 Feb '10)

On my husbands way to work this morning,
he was detoured from his normal route as he could see a horrific accident,
leaving a man dead in the middle of Tropicana (the road our office is on).
He called me 15 minutes later and told me to turn the news on....
the man in the road was a good friend of ours and the owner to the
    hubbys 2nd job.

I learned by watching the news that this was no accident,
though it was a hit and run. He knelt down on his knees in the
middle of the road and when he saw the truck coming, he tucked
his head between his knees and it was over. (per: a witness)

He left behind a little boy, a family and a whole lot of friends who love him dearly.
He was very wealthy and I guess couldn't take the pressure of life anymore.
It is a very sad day in the Valley today... we lost a wonderful soul.

God Bless you Bobby.... RIP Baby... we will miss you!

Life is TOO short! Live every day like there is no other! Always, Always... have a good time!

THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR YOUR KIND WORDS, THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS....
I have just been sick to my stomach all day and this is the only release I can seem to find
is by blogging and writting. THANK YOU ALL!

    UPDATE ON THE ACCIDENT:

Since yesterday, it has been all over the Vegas news.... we now have the TRUTH behind what happened and I think
I am more pissed now than before!

Apparently, Bobby had been drinking at a local Bar here (PT's) and over time, his tab was $537. The bar tender asked him to leave because he was too trashed. Bobby then "walked", disoriented and very intoxicated..... he started to walk West on Tropicana and sat on the curb.... he leaned forward to put his head between his legs and he fell over into oncoming traffic and was struck and killed on impact (according to more witnesses that stepped forward.)
Metro is still looking for the driver.... they believe the driver was even unaware that they hit a person (it was 5am).

We are all going to the accident site tonight to have a memorial and a prayer circle. I just feel so badis little boy, he is only 6.

Thanks guys..... you don't know how much it helps for me to come in here and know that I have the support of all of you.

It seems a little easier for now but the Memorial service is Tuesday so needless to say.... I will be back in here looking for more shoulders to lean on. Thanks for letting me lean.... it means a lot.

Yeah... 88 drinks..... what kind of bar tender would actually serve a patron 88 drinks and then wonder why he is so trashed and THEN throw him out?

Its thesaddest thing.... He was such a lively soul and always in life for a good time.... 36 years old and a millionair.... very intelligent man.... he built my hubbys company from the ground up and in a 2 year period of being open, they averaged 1.3mil a year...... unfortunatley, he was lonely at the top and the bottle was his best friend.

His vigil was beautiful last night..... so many people showed up that the NHP had to block the lane closest to the site.

It just sucks to lose another good one! I miss him!!!

Vegas, I am so sorry. It is so sad to hear when a dear friend or family member dies but when you find out how much they were hurting inside and take things into their own hands, I think it's even more painful. My thoughts and prayers to you, his friends and family. Blessings...

Thanks Tangie! I know there are quite a few in here who really have a heart.
For the most art, everyone does. You know that everyone... including myself.... is capable of flying off the handle at times but they also have to realize that sometimes the suspect is just looking for a dog to kick after a bad day and sometimes the victim may have soft skin that day.... that it just all a part of our individuality.
Personally, I think life i waaaay too short for hate... you may not have tomorrow ya know?
