    REBEL SOUL MEMBERSHIP HELP! PLEASE READ!!!

    I've read that others are having the same issue I was having:

    -you were a KRC member or thought you were still active
    -you bought a new rebel soul membership but can't access it but can access KRC
    -you still haven't gotten your redemption code for rebel soul site or ticketmaster codes

    been there for the past week! I finally got an answer from rebelsoul support...they had no record of my email or membership even though I purchased the new rebel soul membership. I had to give them my ORDER # from my receipt where I purchased the rebelsoul membership. I was then found in the system and FINALLY received my code. For whatever reason, I couldn't use my regular email when I redeemed my code for membership because it was already used! I guess the support login email I used to get all this taken care of doesn't support the fansite. Whatever! I had to use my secondary email and all was well. I finally got the code! Unfortunately if I wasn't so inpatient, I would have still been waiting on that email that would never had arrived because they didn't even have it in their database! So be persistent Rebels!
