    I've been a KRC member for several years. I love that in the years past members of Kidrocks fan club got the best seats! I've gotten seats within the first 5 rows and that's what being a fan club member should get you! This year you've switched over to Ticketmaster and it's terrible! Fan club members don't get the best seats! Yes, we have presale codes & are the first to purchase tickets, but you don't nessasarly get the best seats! I was waiting yesterday when they went onsale, within 15 seconds of them going onsale, no floor avalible! That's crazy and I really hope you can Ticketmaster! I will NOT renew my membership! So Disappointed! This is not what being a member should get you!

My first few tries were so-so seats but finally, I got 4th row. The problem I had was not with the fan club presale but the live nation presale. I searched tickets for about 20 minutes and finally got some in Floor 2 but when I went to purchase them, it told me the server was down and wouldn't let me get them. I was like WTF!!! Apparently when you search repeatedly, the computer system finally blocks you from the site for 24 hours. It is a safeguard against scalpers I guess. I'm not really mad since I understand why, but I am disappointed I missed those tickets.

Oddly, I had a polar opposite experience. Hitting up Ticketmaster.com presale at 10:00am, my first ticket search for "floor" showed as "not available". I did an immediate second search for "best available" and viola! Ticketmaster gave me the two best seats of my life. Floor 1 nearest stage, third row! I thought I was hallucinating off my morning chewable Centrum. This is my first KRC experience and I must say I am now a true believer.
