    Prospects of an Australian Tour???

    I am new here & wanted to know if Kid Rock had any plans to tour Australia in the near future.My second question relates to the release of a concert DVD.Does Kid Riock plan to release a concert DVD soon?
    I read somewhere that a DVD might be in the works.

Thanks Val for the welcome.Detroit Michigan seems to be a very special breeding ground for good rock & roll & music in general.I really enjoy both Seger & Kid Rock immensely.Take care.

Thanks for the responses.Having had the same manager,Punch Andrews, as Bob Seger, he seems to carry ther same sort of responses to questions about DVDs and tours down under.Kid Rock virtually says the same thing as Seger (word for word) on the subject of releasing a DVD.However there is a glimmer of hope on the tour front for Seger as he is finally hinting at a tour of Australia in November this year.The two artists have quite a lot to do with each other so hopefully Seger has a positive experience with his Australian tour and Kid Rock decides to do the same.

been waitin on news myself but i think its a long shot, im from melbourne and was in the states a few months ago and saw 3 shows and met kid, he told me he wanted to come to aus and was trying to organise it, his manager is trying aswell caus hes been here abit but i wasnt guna hold my breath for an aus tour or a dvd for that matter, we can pray tho

yeah i live in new zealand so would love to see kid rock tour australia as well. as for the live dvd he has talked about releasing a dvd quite a few times but never actually done it. he seems to be a perfectionist and evrey time some has asked him about releasing a dvd he says it never as good as actually being there. he has filmed both of his comerica shows, the ford field birthday show, and the his jazz fest show which apparently are all ready to go but he seems to to just be sittng on them for now waiting for the right time whenever that is.
