New song-it's more fun being poor
    RJL1969 says (19 Nov '12)

Sometimes it better being poor and barefoot
Than being rich and inevitably mistook
Sometimes It's more fun being poor,
When the little things in life mean  so much more
Knowing who's truly your best friend
Beats listening to bullshit time and again
State of mind, not of living
    It's always more fun giving
    But today's people don't understand
Wealth lies not in the hand,
But in ones heart and their head
And past decisions they don't dread
    Sometimes is better being poor
Even when they don't let you in at the door
Because if the doors are not open
Likely the their is false pretense and only hoping
To have loved ones true who's arms are wide open
Because sometimes its more fun being poor but not broken
Instead of trinkets and small tokens
    Money never will replace
    Laughter love and grace

More or less. Lol , reminds me of Kids saying " I don't do drugs anymore or any less". Always thought that was very clever.hee hee

It's a conclusion I reached the hard way. Happy is in your head, not what you spend.

It just seems the more you have , the more people want to take and I'm to the point where I just give. Way to much! Then it is expected and not appreciated and I ask myself, where did respect, honesty, true people go? Maybe one day I'll find this out. I think the only reason my husband hangs out is because he knows my time is limited and he has so much to lose by going. It's a shame and all I want is a good hearted, loving , caring, partner to take care of me when I'm sick. Hard to find these days with all the fakes, phonies , and cheats. Just not enough good people left these days and there is no corporate trust as everyone is out to make a buck. Why can't people just do their thing, take their share and treat each other like humans?

wow you get me...years ago my grandma grace taught me the KEY to catchin a good man. Not the one that brings flowers to the door. its the one that wants to find the flowers WITH you ~ I realise it must be hard with money to know if somebody loves you for you. ALL I can suggest to those people is this PRENUP. and A STIFF one...mine was if I divorced within 10 years I got half the household and 1,000 if it lasted 25 years I got the bonus 10,000...no I didnt HOLD him to all of it...just 3,000 to buy a vintage camper that we restored together a 63 serro scotty camper 12 foot..its small and I love to watch tall people get in it..(such a challenge) then.to watch them get in the beds to sleep = PriCELess..1,000 laughs..although one camper took it too far my daughter resembles barbi and a few girls went by and remarked Barbi can you let Ken out of the Barbi camper so he can come out and play and ticked her off...I also nabbed a 63 chevy c-10 pickup automatic shift on the floor that was 80% restored the man sold it to me for 2,000...yeah ima sweet talker and admit to batting my eyelids alittle. do I think its ALL MINE...I don't its OUR things. But I've always been a sharer .
