Was the one I never got

Absolutely. Make sure you save any messege he sends to you.. so you can show the police. or copy and take to a judge if you have to. Is Jasper a small town..??? and what kind of messeges were they??? and what did he say in WM... all of this should matter in the judges decission to grant an order or not... I would call your local sheriff's office and just ask some questions... like are there stalker laws in this state or county? and if so what do you need to do if you are being stalked..If there are not or they don't seem helpful.. I would then contact the state police and ask the same question..Also the cops should follow up on your call if you do call to make a complaint...They should go to his house and give him a warning to stay away or legal action will be filed... I have had to get 3 no contact orders against my xhusband....
he didnt leave comments he sent messages but i just blocked him and deleted em and didnt think nothing of it til he showed up in jasper
well here you have to be either married to at one time or a relative of the person to get a restraining order.....which doesnt make any sence but lol thats jasper for ya

they will want to see his comments on your myspace.
You just get a restraining order, I don't know about there, but here it doesn't cost anything. You file a paper give it to the cops and they give it to a judge. That judge will either grant it or deny it. Usually they will grant it though if they feel it's severe. But you have to explain your situation on the restraining order.
How old is this guy?
OH yeah even though it's been a few years, but because it was a sexual harrassment thing, I'm sure all will be ok. Judges don't let them guys slide usually.
he doesnt have to do anything to be refiled on i can just use the previous problem?? ill be glad to know that if he aproaches me again he will get into trouble an wont be able to bother me anymore
