Kid Rock is a scalper.
The 42-year-old Grammy winner, who is launching a summer tour where most tickets are priced at $20, said he's scalping about 1,000 tickets from each show to make up for the cheaper regular price.
"I'm in the scalping business, but you know what? We told everyone.
My name is Amy and on May 19, 2013 my grandson died.
He was sleeping and vomited and choked.

I have never been more PROUD to be KID ROCK fan than I am NOW! He is true to his word - says what he means and means what he says! Due to his low ticket prices, I am going to three of his concerts this summer, June 29th in Holmdel NJ, July 6th in Scranton PA, and July 9th in Camden NJ. I live outside of Philadelphia and this morning on our local radio station 93.3 WMMR morning show "Steve and Preston" were talking about all the upcoming concerts this summer. I was outside of my work waiting to see if they would mention him.

Yeah, Whats up Peoples!!! So, I have been sitting here in a fucking funk of misery. Sometimes I look around and wonder where the next bottle of Pop may come from, or the next gallon of milk, or god forbid the next bottle of vodka. Haha, just kidding. I almost died last night, Yeah, hopped up on Motrin, Klonopin, and a few glasses of wine, I drove to the other side of the state. Woke up driving in the median, Grass, hills, and trees... That was sure a wake up. First I called my Angel, and she assured me all was well, then I realized I subconsciously drove 20 miles further then I needed.. How fucking cool!!!
Yeah, Having a hard time adjusting to having nothing to do. My resume is out there, but I am also being picky. I cant take cheap labor and travel all over the town, paying for only my gas.. Along the way I got a friend who means the world to me. During this latest battle with depression she is always there, well, almost always there, she going through some shit too.. Sometimes helping her through her shit helps me forget mine.. Have you ever told yourself to keep a distance, watch your step, only to get your head a bit overboard? Yeah, i have... Life is grande, when I want it to be.
The Roll On Video is so fucking dope. I am not sure the mass appeal it will heave, but here it is being looked at with pride. Kid Rock, for all the crazy shit he does, knows where his heart is. Some mistaken my cynical posts with the fact I dont like Kid Rock, I love Kid Rock, I love the music he has given me, the enjoyment, and the entertainment. When I say I dont like something, I would say it right to his face, its just who I am.
McCain and Obama. quite a battle. I don't like McCain, and I don't hate Obama. It's weird. I think Obama is a proud socialist, and McCain is a embarassed capitalist. I think Obama represents alot of things we can agree on. I am not sure he can get them done, but I am not sure McCain can wake in the morning. I hate almost everything Democrats stand for, but I do not cherish everything Republicans stand for. I just want this country fixed..
Many People stumble through life wondering what their purpose is. I really think my purpose is to entertain people. I am writing some music, I am writing a book, and I am writing a screenplay. I hope that all of you are still around to support it. I have come to realize the best way to get through tough times is to pick up a pen and write. I learned that from two people, Theresa, and my best friend Freddie Bauregard.

"Stand strong thru the storms of life, the sun with always shine on you." Those are words/lyrics I live by and believe you me I've had to live thru a few or 3. Hang in there Kevin, it can only get better from here on out! Glad you have friends that are there for you to talk to because support from loved ones is extremely important.
Agree, the Roll On vid is DOPE!! Makes me proud to be a native Detroiter, but I've always been proud of growing up in Detroit! Never regret any of the struggles my family had while growing up there..it made me who I am today.

I hope that things get better for you real soon. Remember you're not indestructable so be careful in what you do. Don't want to see anyone splattered on the road somewhere. If you're going to try to party away the blues, get a designated driver. Did you file an appeal with unemployment? This may be some sort of wake up call telling you to do something else with your life. This could be a blessing in disguise that will lead you to bigger and better things in your life. Make them happen. You're a go-getter, aren't you? We all face obstacles at different points in our lives, you'll find a way to get around them as we all do. Sorry to ramble on so. Just got on here and saw you were down. Not the usual entertaining quips I normally see from you.

What happened to you is why I don't drink and drive. When I was 22 I fell asleep being WAY intoxicated and woke up in the other lane. I know it was just for a sec but alot can happen. Scared the shit out of me and I'm sure I did it again but when I had kid's my whole out look on life changed that very minute and still changes daily.
I know we have had cat fights BUT I will always admire who you are.
I am profoundly sorry that you are experiencing a down moment but it's just a moment and you will endure. Your a good man Kevin, I am sorry for thinking otherwise.
