ever wants to take your essentials and just check out on your current life. Pack your bags, get in the car, spin the bottle and ever look back? Some days i just want to do that. Take me and my cat and just take off to somewhere better then here.
I swear some days the ppl in my life are incessant about being assholes to me and then wonder why i want to leave for good. Just get a map out or google someplace and go there. Find a job, find a decent place to live and check out of my current life.
Perhaps i may be a bit crazy...but perhaps i might be the most sane person you know?
I wondered if the lyric sheet from the cd was correct . But now i know that has errors too. lol
Those cd are hard to get a hold of. I had to pay a hefty price for it on ebay.
thanks 420! I've seen that, too... but unfortunately I have found those lyrics are riff with typos and errors that I know for sure, so I don't trust them much on this stuff.
but yeah, "grade" makes sense even if it doesn't sound like he's saying that! lol

Polyfuze~ Fuck U Blind:
most people think he says: "Dumb bitch, fuckin' whore always wanted to get laid /
but never gave the pussy up to anybody in her grade"
do you think it could be: " ... anybody in the glade"?
it always sounded like glade to me. anyone know of a slang meaning for glade that would work there?
@jade I just received the polyfuse method cd. According to the lyric sheet with the cd it goes as follows:
Dumb bitch fuckin WHORE always wanted to get laid, but never gave the pussy up to anybody in her GRADE
Fuck U Blind:
from the responses I got privately I'm going with:
Fuckin hole
In her grade.
(I still think he sounds funny when he says "grade" but it does make more sense...)
POLYFUZE~ "Pancake Breakfast" has a sample of someone coughing at the :58 mark. I'm pretty sure its from Black Sabbath's "Sweet Leaf", which opens with a coughing sequence
(this seems like the same version on both albums, but its taken me forever to remember where I heard that coughing bit from! I knew it was from somewhere...)

yeah, it is almost always listed as "grade". it just doesn't sound to me like he's actually saying that, but "grade" does make more sense. maybe he's just kinda slurring it a bit when he sings it. *sigh* another one that I'll probably never know for sure.

This is just a wild guess in the dark---but i bet it's "grade" meaning some chic the same age---who wanted older dudes only???? Glade doesn't make sense in that line to me---but, like i said, wild guess in the dark. i wish i could be more helpful, Jade :-)
Desperate-rado (one of the best songs ever):
The whistle sound, at the very beginning (after the intro sample), is from the The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly theme song, by Hugo Montenegro.
I don't believe it is a direct sample though... just referenced.
This is the same whistle used in Cowboy

I had thought Fills, too... but when I got this real copy of Polyfuze Method (as opposed to the "revisited" that I've listened to for years) the sound on it is a little different and I'm hearing things differently. Still not sure if it makes sense, but it sure sounds like Fits!
I think that is one of those things that he'll just need to just cough up the answer some day, cause honestly... who the fuck else would know?
I always thot it was fills me. doesnt make sense butthats what I sing. lol
winding my way through Polyfuze...
3 Sheets to the Wind:
"...It ain't Eric Clapton and this ain't Slowhand
and I'm the Kid you dig and I'm gonna Rock the whole land
and no mick mick can track this granite
if ya know what I know, then just *******..."
Notes:
**Slowhand is a nickname given to Eric Clapton in the 60's by Giorgio Gomelsky.
It is also the name of his album from 1977 that contained the hit singles:
"Cocaine", "Wonderful Tonight" and "Lay Down Sally".
**In that same section he says "no mick mick can track this granite..."
Granite is another name for Rock, of course, which then in turn can be a term for cocaine,
leading back to the Eric Clapton reference. Mick is an old slang term for cop (among other things.)
I'm not sure about the "no mick mick." Could he be saying "no little mick"?
glad you're enjoying my crazy obsession, K8! thanks for chiming in!
Great job, Jade! Thanks for all the effort.
xo to RSMS!
Prodigal Son is now adjusted, had some minor typos and corrections.
http://www.kidrocklyrics.net/p-prodigal-poly.htm
I now think the chorus goes like this:
Many nights she comes to me she **fits** me where I lay
I hope to God one day she'll see that my love is not that way
She holds me in that morning time and never lets me go
I hold on that one day she'll see as she **come into** my show
that FITS is new... we had all thought it was FEELS or FILLS before, but I"m thinking FITS now... :-) It sorta sounds more like that, and she can FIT if she's fucking or spooning him. so it works.
...love those finds of yours Jade.
oh, PS... that sample is on "Killing Brain Cells" on the Polyfuze Method.
my lovely hubby just told me where the sample ""as far back as I can remember I wanted to be a gangster" came from...
its Ray Liotta from "Goodfellas"! :-)
Fred Remix is only on PMR, but I made some corrections to it.
at the end, there is a sample saying "as far back as I can remember I wanted to be a gangster"
anyone know what this sample is from?
