European countries are already clued in. Many have tolerated drugs and found that they have less crime and overall less problems....
As the mother of a very sick boy who I give a single edible dose of marijuana every day (without it his life is a painful hell!), Keep fighting! Until someone really sees the relief a suffering person can recieve from this class 1 drug (which means it has no medical use whatsoever) they should stop fighting it. Sorry, I am just very passionate about this subject. Almost 2 years ago I was told that I could put my son on this trial drug that could have had as low as 1 in 375 chance of giving my son a fatal brain infection, or I could try weed. My son is still deteriorating in some ways, but he is comfortable most of hte time now and his blood work has improved dramatically. I know there are some issues with legalization, after all I live in Northern Ca. But, to me it doesn't matter what the law says, I will be imprisoned before I stop giving it to my son.

All I can say...Legalization of Marijuana works here in Washington State :-) Michigan and the rest of the country probably should follow suit. But then, we Washignton folks are known for being awesome... (lol...only partially kidding :-)
all right there are at least 7 of us in this country who believe as i do. LET'S MAKE THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT LISTEN TO US.. after 40 years i''m no longer a criminal and politicians are trying to make me a criminal again!! attorney gerneral bill schutie is telling Michigan that the cops that return pot to legal pot smokers , they will be charged as a drug dealer. DOES ANYBODY ELSE GET REALLY PISSED BOUT THIS?
another thing that pisses me off, is how the occupy wall street protestsers are being treated.,last nights news reminded me of KENT STATE..

i totally agree with "TBROWN" ~"Make it Legal!!!!!!" and make the "Weed Smokers Slow Lane" :-) Lol---especially in Atlanta---i've never experienced traffic like here-----it's crazy---if i could---i would just have a middle finger on my plate and that's it---lol

IMO it should be legal and regulated just like alcohol. Quit smoking weed 16+ years ago...can't do it in my career because it is illegal and i can be random tested. Never hurt nobody that i know of...i think that is how i got fat though...
Worst a pot head will do is eat all your food, sleep on your couch and be lazy...Course with regulating same rules apply as alcohol. YOU can't get high and go to work, etc....
